Hi,
since I bought my S22 I have issues having no sound in calls after some days of use. After a reboot it works again for some days.
This issue appears after 2-3 days. Whatsapp call sound does work.
There is an old and long thread about the issue in Samsung forums:https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5...during-calls-and-i-can-t/td-p/5130023/page/16
Maybe here is more knowledge about it.
Does anybody know how to fix this call sound issue?
I already tried using Google Phone App but has the same issues.
I also tried activating automatic reboot in battery settings but it didn't reboot.

Hello Guys,
im owning my Gnex for a couple of months now,
last week it suddenly stopped recording/transmitting my voice with speaker on.
So everytime i choose my speaker for calling the other one doesn't hear me.
I tried to disable/enable mic, everything i could try.. no luck or success.
I also noticed the video camera is no longer recording voice.
Tried different roms, kernels, radios... all the same effect.
Also took out the battery for hours.
It seems the microphone itself is okay, but i dont know whats happening there.
Logcat showed NO issues.. :| someone got an idea?
Greetings
I know this may seem like an asinine suggestion, but did you check your sound settings? I was worried myself when my camera was not recording voice nor making any shutter sounds, but then I noticed that my multimedia volume in the sound/volume submenu was muted.
i triple checked all of my settings, did wipes, restores...all the magic i got.
no way out of this ****... just asked amazon for a rma now.
Not what you'll want to hear, but I've returned a gn once due to a inop camcorder mic.
Download a sound recorder that allows for you choose your mic input source and you'll find out pretty quickly if you have a hardware problem.

Just realized my mic is not working when trying to do voice to text or record.
Hi all.
I got my Xperia S two days ago and I'm experience a minor annoyance. Sometimes - 3 or 4 times so far - when I place a call there's no sound at all. The screen shows the call has been answered and the counter rolls, but I hear no sound at all. The person who answers it doesn't either. I have to hang up and place another call - then everything works fine again.
It's happened these 3 or 4 times out of about 30 calls I've placed so far, so I'm worried that I'll take it to assistance and they won't be able to replicate it.
Anyone else had this?
Has anyone with the verizon lg g3 experienced problems with phone volume and clarity during calls? When I use speakerphone, there is a bad echoing on the other person's end. When using normal phone speaker, the person on the other end sounds very quiet and sometimes hard to hear. Have tried disabling/enabling the phone privacy option, as well as the voice enhancement option. Phone is rooted so deciding if this is a problem worth unrooting for and getting an exchange (14 day period window ends wednesday the 13th) or if this a common issue a software update could fix. Input appreciated!
I also have had several reports of echo when on speakerphone? Has anyone else had this problem? I've flashed several roms....
I have the same issue - lg3 rooted and on cm13. People tell me they have a hard time hearing me (a lot of echo), and in most sessions volume is too low for me to hear them (in my car, especially). Doesn't appear to be a solution to this...

had this issue. speaker phone basically echos no matter what for me. i have to decrease the volume so the other person doesn't hear me 8 times. friend of mine had a quite microphone issue. Returned the phone to fix it. but if all that's happening is you not being able to hear them. you can use lg volume booster to change the stock volume for calls. actual apps is on the playstore (Volume Booster LG G3 (Root)
Hello!
I have an unusual problem with my Note 2
Few days ago I tried to make a call but I couldn't - I heard the Note's sound that the call started but I heard no ringing. When a person picks up, I don't hear them and they don't hear me. When I hang up and redial, phone loses reception completely.
I thought that it is maybe an issue with mic and speaker, however Viber calls work fine. It is not an issue with SIM, it works fine in other phones.
I am running completely unrooted, never touched stock ROM.
I tried a factory reset and it didn't help.
Could anyone help me what this is and how can I fix it? Thanks!

flash modem and see if sth changes
So this is a weird and sporadic issue and I first noticed it on Nougat but it has persisted since the upgrade to Oreo. Occasionally, I'll answer a call and my ringtone continues to play to the point where I need to either wait 10 - 15 sec for it to stop or I need to hang up and call the person back. Doesn't happen every call - hard to quantify how often it does happen - but enough to be annoying. I've gone to no ringtones / vibration only for phone calls due to the issue. Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?
