I just bought a Galaxy S20+ 5G which is Snapdragon with carrier code XAA/XAA/VZW and is running android 11 with ONE UI 3.1 I want to update to android 12 UI 4.1 but I'm not in the United States I live in the Ivory Coast so I can't receive updates. What technique should I use? flash U1 where to change CSC code?

Is there a way to update my Android (details below)?
(If yes, exactly how and to which version?)
- When I try to update from the phone, it tells that it has the latest version.
I assume that AT&T didn't make any further Android update for this phone (very sadly).
- I purchased a Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910A (AT&T Unlocked from factory) at B&H (USA) in early 2017.
It came with:
Androud 4.4.4
Base Band Version:
N910AUCU1BNK3
Any help to update it to Android 5.x or later (7.1.1 would be a dream...) will be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
Note: I'd like to update to an official Android, not to a modded one.

Maybe i woke up on the wrong side of the phone today? lol
Been using esfile explorer to find remaining storage space, because a while back i couldn't find the sd card or storage in settings lol
just me or did spamsung really out do herself this time ?
i thought it was now in device care but i deleted that app fast as i could because of the annoying notifications that spammy says cant be turned off lol.
although even with spammy deletion should still see it listed in the spammy settings, no?
My MiUi version is in screenshot but there it is written something like "global" but i live in India i bought phone from Flipkart .
So is my phone a global version or indian version ?

Sorry if i ask a stupid question,
but when searching for it i found contradicting answers.
Also i somehow can not post in the general questions forum so feel free to move this thread over there.
I do own a S9 G960F which i have bought in Germany. But according to the official Samsung support it was produced for the Japan market/ is a Japan version.
The problem i am facing now is that the Japan version apparently does not get One UI 2.5 on Android 10 and instead is stuck on One UI 2.1.
Unfortunatley i do need One UI 2.5 to run a certain app and i am looking for a way to get that to work.
The general idea would be to flash the newest official german firmware for the S9.
According to Wikipedia the japan verson has a Snapdragon processor. So the question i am wondering about is if i can just flash the newest german firmwre using Odin or if that wont work since german phones usually come with the Exynos processor? Do i even have to care about the processor at all when flashing official Samsung firmware?
(Note that OEM unlock is enabled in the developer options. So a locked bootloader will not be an issue)

I want to use it in USA, i am wondering about flashing it with AP, BL, CP of the country of origin. However, which CSC file to use in this case. There is no F22 sold by samsung in USA.
Let's say samsung sells S22 in USA, so, will my phone be alright if I try to flash the CSC file of S22 in F22?
And what should I do about the root? should I unroot and then flash this again?
