Hello! Recently I've bought Galaxy A52s and noticed one issue. During the audio playback or calls on low volume, and for a few seconds after the call or video has ended, there is some static and slightly crackling sound coming from the speaker and earpiece. Has anybody encountered that issue and is it a defect or it's just how speakeres work on? Should I return it or just ignore it?
Return it, never experienced this in 3 A52s

Just got a Galaxy Nexus GSM version. I have very noticeable static with voice phone calls using a headset connected to the headphone jack. Has anyone else noticed this?
I can hear faint static with the bluetooth, speaker phone and standard phone speaker.
My nexus s sounds perfect with headset with calls.
Is this normal for galaxy nexus? Anyway to reduce and correct the problem? I did search but could not find anything expect folks complaining static when playing music. I have faint static with playing music but with calls it is very loud.
Thanks
Yes, suffering from the same problem here on both stock and 4.0.2. Not only phone calls, also during video / music playback. Static gone when screen off.
Tried with screen on and screen off - absolutely no change in static level with headset when making calls. Static is very low with music or bluetooth, I have to concentrate to hear it. If anyone else out there with a headset, could you try using a headset and check for static when making calls. Thanks.
I guess I will send this unit back before my return windows closes. Should I get another unit?
Coming from a samsung nexus s, this static is not acceptable for me. With the nexus s and voodoo sound control the audio quality is amazing. I was hoping for better with galaxy nexus.
Thanks
Sent it in for the wifi problem. That was fixed but there is now a high pitched noise when recording a video. Not impressed. Back in again next week.
Send an email to htc. Can't hurt anyone

Are you sure they didn't just turn on stereo recording?
When I have stereo sound recording turned on I hear a high pitched tone. Also I noticed that the sound gets muted for half of a second when I turn the flash on or off. But what I forgot to ask you, why would stereo sound recording cause a high pitched sound to appear in the video? Even when I play some music on my speakers and try to record the sound I hear that annoying sound.
Wi-Fi issues? Poor service from HTC UK repair? Shocking. I wonder why this hasn't come up before? Oh wait. It has, in 220 pages of discussion. The party you're looking for is over here.

Hi Guys
I have this really annoying problem, when i get a call the volume is really low. It seems as if the person on the other side is whispering. I have to usually turn the car volume to maximum for it to be audible. However, when the call is terminated there is this really loud disconnect tone which makes me nearly deaf. my older galaxy s3 is louder than htc one even with half the volume level.
Playing music via bluetooth is absolutely fine.
i am not sure if anyone else has faced a similar problem with the HTC one M8.
I drive a Hyundai i30 and using an HTC One M8 bought on a contract from Vodafone.
Please help

I have this exact problem. Brand new HTC One m8 and only the in call volume is low. If I move the rocker up and down the slider moves but the volume stays extremely low. I have to put my radio on max just to here ANYTHING.
As far media volume, it's extremely loud, it's only the in call volume that's low for me on bluetooth. anyone know of a file or fix or rom that fixes this?
any news
Any News or fixes on this , as I have The same problem ?

Interestingly I have exactly the same issue with my new M9 with Kia Sportage Sat Nav unit which is probably the same as the i30 unit in the first post. Have latest firmware installed in the car sat nav.
As you say, bluetooth streaming of radio/music is fine! As for the end of call beep, very loud!
Sony Xperia Z2 and Samsung Note 4 was fine in same car.
Very annoying indeed
Low BT Call Volume
Hey Everyone:
I have been having this EXACT same problem for months now. ANY Bluetooth device that I am connected to sounds fine as far as Music and Streaming, but when it comes to IN CALL BT VOLUME, its PATHETIC. I scoured the web and there are no real answers or solutions for this. Just to save my own sanity, is everyone else ONLY experiencing this for phone calls only as I am??? The only way to get a decent amount of volume while on a call is to be paired to a device that allows you to turn the sound up SUPER HIGH, such as in my car, otherwise most of these smaller BT speakers that work for phone calls also have you capped at a certain volume level.
I am beginning to think that this is a massive hardware problem as I am seeing various M8 users having this issue on all variants as well Verizon, TMOUS, etc. etc.
I think our only option is to do warrenty exchanges?! The other thing that scares me is that some M9 users are also complaining about this too!!!!!!
I thought perhaps it might be time to upgrade to the M9 but whats the point if this stupid BT In-Call volume issue keeps happening?!
It is SO frustrating
i have had 2 m8s & both had same fault
Had same problem with m8. In call volume very low. Music audio perfect.
Moved to samsung s7 bt works very well.
Moved to htc m10, great phone. Bluetooth problem back! In call low volume. Music audio clear and loud.
HTC wake up, fix this problem. NOW!
Hello guys, I'm experiencing a problem with my sound in n7100. I don't think it's software related as I've flash the stock rom and the problem persist.
My microphone isn't working in any situation (voice call, voice recorder) and the device it's producing a buzzing sound by the speaker during the normal usage, specifically when using any kind of media.
I'm thinking to buy a new sub pcb that comes with a new microphone and maybe replace the speakers, but after some investigation I begin to think that the problem maybe be the audio ic.
Someone here have faced such problem in our loved n7100?
Thank you my friends!
Wonder anyone have the same problem as mine.
My speaker produce crackling sound when in call or when watching youtube.
Actually all apps that produce sound.
However after restart, problem gone.
But will come back after awhile.
*#0*# test speaker, no issues.
So i gather might be software issue.
Anyone have the same problem or remedy?

Did you try lowering the volume to see if it still cracks? Is it on all YouTube videos or just some.

It happens with whatsapp call, samsung music player, anything that project sound. Even with lower volume. After reboot the crackling will go away.
Also notice that it happens more often if battery is in optimized or lower mode. Very weird.
This happend with my device as well, i got a replacement from Samsung.

How old is your unit when you get it changed?
Are they able to finf out the issue?
The sound quality is bad in this phone. I had a s20u with both speakers crackling during phone calls, whatsapp calls, skype calls etc and also when certain youtube videos are played (for example piano tunes) there is buzz/crackle from earpiece speaker. I tested my speakers too from *#0*# but there was no issue then.. the sound was crystal clear from both the speakers. Got it replaced and bought a new s20 ultra but this one have the same issue. Will sell it in next few months and switch back to Apple.

It was just a day old and yes the crackling sound was clearly audible on high volume.
