Android Black Screen of Death on Recovery and no EDL Mode - OnePlus 7T Questions & Answers

Dear Folks,
My OP7T was running perfectly on Android 11. I got OTA notification of Android 12. After upgrading my system is not booting. I have tried everything.
Neither my phone is going to EDL mode nor in Recovery, in recovery i can see ADB device but as unauthorized.
I tried to install OOS 10 till 12 via fastboot it gets completed successfully but devices never boots up.
I tried to install TWRP, OrangeFox as well but no luck.
Does anybody have any idea how to solve this?

[Q] TWRP Loop

Hi,
I had rooted my device with TWRP Recovery installed. I then updated my Cyanogen 12 version from cm-12-20150430-NIGHTLY to cm-12-20150502-NIGHTLY. Post that, I did a factory reset from CM12. Since then, my phone has been stuck in a constant TWRP Loop where the TWRP logo keeps flashing every few seconds. Unable to access the recovery. The phone buttons do not power off or restart the phone. However, I can access fastboot if i let the battery run out and then start the phone. Please help me.

Can't boot into recovery with TWRP

EDIT: I FIXED IT. I had to go back to an older version of TWRP[2.7xx] for it to work on my older firmware.
HTC One M8 AT&T running 4.4.2, unable to update because I haven't been on AT&T for quite a long time.
Yesterday I unlocked the bootloader on my M8 for the first time and attempted to install TWRP[EDIT: ver 3.0.2] so that I could root my phone. I have the proper SDK and ADB drivers installed, fastboot is working just fine. I used the following commands:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
From there I have tried both rebooting into fastboot[which is what the TWRP website says to do] and also going back into bootloader and booting into recovery without restarting the phone. Neither option has worked. When booting straight into recovery after flashing the recovery, my phone just says "loading recovery" in pink letters with the HTC logo on the screen and stays like that. HOWEVER, I've somehow managed to get screenshots while force restarting my phone during that, and it shows the right TWRP screen, I just can't see it. Any advice at all would be appreciated. I did search through other forum posts but I could not find my problem of the screen I cannot see.

Moto Z2 Play Reboots Straight into Recovery

Okay, so, I followed the guide to root my device. And everything went smoothly, until the new version of Android (8.0.0) was released for the phone and I made the mistake of trying to install it using the stock installer rather than through TWRP. Of course, it failed and I ended up doing the installation manually. Now, whenever I try to reboot my phone, it boots straight into recovery (which gives me the "No Command" error because TWRP is inexplicably missing). If I load up Bootloader (Volume Down + Power) and select START, then the phone boots like it should and I can use it just fine.
I've tried wiping the data through TWRP (After flashing it to recovery for the umpteenth time) thinking that would help, but no. It still boots directly into recovery. The command "fastboot oem fb_mode_clear" using minimal ADB and fastboot doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated. I have no idea what else to do.
try to plugin charge cable and reboot again.
Nope. Still boots to recovery.
Hi, did you ever manage to solve this? I have the exact same problem.

[HELP] Black screen after flashing the stock ROM via MSM Download Tool. What could be the issue?

While using the phone it suddenly gone freezing and started showing 'Qualcomm CrashDump Mode'. Then flashed the stock 11 ROM following this method but showed the 'Qualcomm CrashDump Mode' after showing the OnePlus logo. The phone is showing a complete black screen after showing the OOS (I tried both 10 and 11). I'm also able to boot into Fastboot and also stock recovery. But unable to go past the OnePlus logo.
I did this same method MSM Download Tool method last day and the phone worked without any issues till a few hours ago.
