That's basically the problem ^ , I have unlocked bootloader, custom kernel and custom ROM, idk if it has something todo with it but yes, my google account is linked to my phone and same thing with my phone, synced with the proper account. When I click "install" @ playstore web, it doesn't do anything on my phone, as it used to do with locked bootloader and default kernel/system. Is there any way to have it back? D: thanks~

Clear data in play store and google play services apps then clear your browser cache and try again if it doesn't work then I don't know how to help you.
Also factory reset always helps.
Right after installing a custom rom, play store may be of an older version, so 1st let it update then it will install your apps after some time

aaaand that's what I've done thousands of times.. the funny thing is that this problem started when I did that... even with re-flashed stock ics rom I had this problem
It's hit and miss. And when it works, it's not always instant. Sometimes just opening up the play store on your phone will trigger the download. Otherwise you'll just have to find the app in the play store app.

From where did you buy it? Does your phone have other google apps like gmail, g+, google maps etc?
You can download the latest playstore (Version 5.4.12) from the attachment provided below..Transfer it to the phone and enable unknown sources...Install apk normally..
The apk/file provided by @a76vna is google installer...It will help you download all the apps made by google (Only google apps ; No third party apps can be downloaded from it)\
Please tell us how did it brick..Is it stuck on bootloop??...You can revive the phone by downloading and flashing the stock rom from official Asus website...

Sorry for the short post.
The phone was stuck in a boot loop. It would show the ASUS logo, then the spinning wheel.
Turns out the problem was that I was trying to flash the .11 version of the pre root image instead of the .13
Flashing the .13 version fixed the boot loop and also installed all the google apps! So both problems are solved now.
I was able to install all the gapps using this method.
I found the google installer for the miui and than it worked flawlessly.

Any changes you know where I can get the correct Google Play Services for the zenfone 2? I tried all sorts different version and nothing works. Every time I install it I just keep getting the message "Unfortunately google play store has stopped". I tried all sorts of different things to get it to work but its still not working. Right now I have it uninstalled by factory data resetting the phone. I downloaded the attachment you had and every time I open it it just close back and no errors. If anyone has any suggestions for me would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Will do. Some of you might already know this trick but ill tell you what I did. You need to uninstall google play store and google play services I could not do it from the phones options so I had to factory data reset my phone. To do so go to settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset Note : This will erase all your data on your phone. I did not back up my data or turn on any of the options in the backup & reset. Ones you are done with the factory data reset check if you any google apps installed on the phone. If you do then try to find a way to uninstall them I don't know how. If you don't have them installed then go to settings > security > tun on unknown sources. Then go to your browser on the phone and go to m.app.mi.com then click on the green button at the top right hand side it will start downing Xiaomi market. When you have the app installed on to your phone open it and search google. You should get a button that says "search other markets" if you do click it. You need to find the right now I can't post pics so do a search for Xiaomi google installer in google images and you see it . This should install google installer, ones its done installing open google installer and install google play store you should know and see the icon for it. You will get a prompt saying install google services framework click ok. Then you should see "Google Services Framework" ,"Google Account Manager" , and two different google play icons. On the bottom there is a install all button click it. You will get another prompt just click continue and just keep hitting next and install ones you get prompted. That it you should have everything working now hope that helps.
PS: I know this is a long away to do it. You can just download for the 4 apps and transferring them to your phone internal drive and installing them. You could do that but that's not what I did.

Yeah I don't think you'll ever be certified if you run just SuperSU I believe the only rom that will say certified if you run it stock is pure Nexus other than that it'll always say uncertified until you install magisk.
It's not a big deal there's just a few banking apps and think of Mario run maybe Netflix which some of those you can get off the mirror site

Ok but what if bootloader was unlocked then relocked, never rooted, factory reset, and from fresh boot it says not certified. Even finished set up and cleared data / cache and still squat.
Granted its only blocking Netflix now but its still not "right" any ideas is greatly appreciated

Sure sounds like it should say certified after your steps. Sounds like there is some remnant of the certification on the Google side. Wondering if you have another device logged onto the same Google account (or one to start fresh with and test like an old phone that you could use over WiFi). Maybe it would resolve a conflict.
As for the Netflix block, the side-load version on the Netflix site works fine. The bootloader is unlocked on both of my boys' phones, but they are not rooted (so I can't use Magisk Hide on the Play Store). It still trips SafetyNet because of the unlocked bootloader, so I needed to install the .apk.
I just Magisk Hide root from Play Store and Google Play Services, clear Play Store storage and reboot phone. Then it goes back to being certified and I can find Netflix again without a problem, even with my bootloader unlocked.
I'm on stock rom and my lenovo p2 is showing uncertified in play store's settings section. Before the stock rom i tried resurrection remix which was showing certified.
I have a latest version of play store and magisk's safety net check passes successfully.
I have tried these following suggestions but nothing had changed.:
1. Disabling, wiping cache and data, force closing google play store, services, etc.
2. Factory reset.
3. Updating google play services and play store.
4. unrooting (i also tried magisk hide for google apps)
Any solutions to get certified?????
Thanks in advance and your suggestions will be appreciated

Some apps might not be available through the Playstore but you can always download them through apk mirror. Or their respective website. There aren't really that much draw backs. You can still use your phone as always even without a licensed Playstore

Hi guys ! As you may noticed but Netflix is considered as incompatible with the Huawei P20 and maybe also on the PRO and LITE edition so I bring you a compatible APK
1 - Uninstall your official Netflix app
2 - Download the APK below
3 - Install it normally as a normal manual APK
4 - Enjoy !

Not sure what your problems with the official Netflix app are, but it works just fine on my P20.
I mean absolutely no offense in saying this, nor am I trying to imply anything, but I am not installing a random APK to my device posted by a junior user with only 19 posts (of which only 5 posts have occurred in the last 2 years) and 2 thanks.
I always appreciate unique solutions to problems and from members of XDA, thanks for that, but I'll hold off until I understand the issue and fix.

if you fail on safetynet or cts profile, you won't be able to see Netflix or Pokémon go or similar apps. make sure you use magisk and check the safetynet. or wipe data of play store. also make sure that your device is certificated on play store settings.

Even that unrestricted Netflix app here shows this strange Netflix error 15001 for me. Has anybody an idea how to fix this. I have tried all the tips with cache partition, apps cache, play services, play store, netflix reinstall. Phone has locked bootloader, no root, Safenet is fine, Play Protect device is certified, widevine CDM L1, all other apps incl. banking, video/music streaming just work fine except downloading movies from google play movies.
