Installation Instructions
You must unlock your bootloader via fastboot.
Make sure you flashed OOS Beta 2!
You must have a custom recovery installed
Go to http://get.cm/?device=oneplus2 and download the latest CM13.0 nightly.
Locate 6.0 Gapps via a quick Google search.
Fully wipe your device from Recovery if you are not coming from CM13.0 already.
Reboot into recovery and install.
* Note:
Flash gapps after your flashed the rom (don't only flash the rom and reboot)! If you don't do so you have to do a full wipe in order to use google services.

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7.1 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

No. Only officially signed zips can be sideloaded using stock recovery. The general rule is to use custom recovery when flashing custom roms.

Adoptable storage in CM 14.1 is not working properly. I have a 16GB microSD card and a 16GB internal storage, both having 14GB usable storage. When I make my SD card as internal, it formats the card successfully. Problem is that Settings app reports wrong storage information. Instead of having a total of 28GB of usable storage (14GB + 14GB), it only displays a total of 14GB and it says that I have used "-9 GB out of that 14GB" (yeah negative) which is impossible. I couldn't move apps and data to and from SD or internal storage. I understand that this is an Alpha build so maybe devs could fix this along the way.
Overall, this is too good for an Alpha build. Cheers!

IMPORTANT: Please note that the latest official TWRP for seed is not yet updated to handle CM's updater app. If users want to update to latest nightly, they need to download the zip and flash normally using TWRP. CM updater app is not recommended until the patched official TWRP is released.

The problem of not seeing sim card contacts continues and there is also no root for apps that only exist for adb

Why can't I install this in the old version of P800 ?

Software isn't compatible. If you flash original software "K06TE-A.A.vR14.E1.160707_6.0" of this phone in the old model you end up with a bricked phone.
Hardware have some changes as well ex. fingerprint sensor isn't the same.

It should be possible to build this rom from source.
You can start with LOS 13 device tree for k05ts - p8000. check github.com/walter79
K05TE use only a different fingerprint sensor but no kernel source
K06TE use a different mainboard and fingerprint sensor but there are kernel source
B-Version is k05te ?

Fingerprint sensor for kt05te and kt06te can work with LOS 13/14 based rom because there is a fingerprint hal.

This is a new custom MIUI based on xiaomi.eu, our target was make smoother and with better battery life, for do it we used stock China vendor, and our boot patched with preinstalled magisk 20.4. Go in magisk manager setting and choose as channel for update stable)
For flahs MiuiMix u need to format data from twrp if you come from another rom, than flash the rom and enjoy (Take a look at the installation guide, link below). Easy!
