i have a sagit with Lineageos 18.1 on it and also lineageos recovery, which i use to sideload magisk, everytime i update the 18.1.
Is it possible to upgrade to 19.1 directly by sideloading with the 18.1 recovery?

You'll be able to do that in the next update of LineageOS 14.1 which will be released Wednesday.

My OP5T is under LineageOS 16.0-20190604-NIGHTLY-dumpling. I would like to point out that my OP5T is rooted with MAGISK.
I downloaded the LineageOS 16.0 version from 02/07 to install it via TWRP. Error message telling me that I needed the OOS firmware version 9.0.6 that I downloaded.
I get an installation error message under TWRP
Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
Error installing zip file '/sdcard/LineageOS/firmware_9.0.6_oneplus5t.zip'
I was able to successfully install the previous OOS version 9.0.5 OP5T.
Is there a step I missed, or do I need to completely reinstall LineageOS?

I solved my problem.
Reading the latest comments on the post [RECOVERY][dumpling] TWRP 3.3.X by codeworkx, I see that many people have problems with the latest version of TWRP by codeworkx.
So I downgraded TWRP :
Ver. twrp-3.3.1.1-1-20190623-codeworkx-dumpling -> impossible to install OOS 9.0.6 and LineageOS 16.0 version from 02/07
Ver. twrp-3.3.3.1-0-20190623-codeworkx-dumpling -> impossible to install OOS 9.0.6 and LineageOS 16.0 version from 02/07
Ver. twrp-3.3.3.0-0-20190427-codeworkx-dumpling -> OK. I was able to install the latest version of LineageOS 16.0 after installing it

I've installed latest Lineage Os 19.1 and Nickgapps, everything works great, but now i've noticed that i've installed gapps for 12 android, not 12.1. Should i delete gapps and install 12.1 version?

For my S10 on Lineage 19.1 its put error when I flash it on TWRP

I have Lineage 18.1 with Magisk and GAPPS (pico) installed on a Oneplus 8T. Now I'd like to update to a newer Lineage 18.1 nightly build. The Lineage Updater doesn't offer this option (why not? Wouldn't it be a nice feature request? ) thus I assume I have to update to a higher nightly build of 18.1 by myself.
Am I right that the update procedure is the same as installing LineageOS 18.1 from recovery except that I shouldn't do neither a Factory Reset nor a Format data / factory reset? (to keep my apps)
As I have Magisk installed, I assume that I have to repeat patching the boot.img. Right?
I'm unsure about GAPPS. Do I need to sideload it again after having installed a newer nightly build of LineageOS 18.1 and before booting?

you are not getting updates for 18.1 because 19 is out. uograde instructions are on lineage website
