Hey guys please help me i have redmi note 8 pro 6/64 and I recently shifted to miui from custom rom i installed Miui 12.0.8. because at that time i thought that would make my phone faster because of older version but it didn't and i been trying to update my rom to latest but all things didn't work and also I don't have a pc so Please don't suggest me to install from pc so I tried everything to update to latest version miui 12.5.10 but i can't so please help me i can't even update with ota update file so anyone can help me so please text me

Hello guys, i have a anyonning problem.
I have install the ViperOS in my xiaomi mi5s and open gapps with no problem. It's running very well.
But, i can't watch no one video, have freezes all time and no sound. This is happening in all apks, YouTube, instagram, and others.
Someone have the solution for solve this? I don't want back to the MIUI never more :crying:

Download latest firmware from there and just flash it via twrp. It should solve the problem

Flash 7.12.21 because Viper OS is old ROM and it won't probablu work with newer firmwares. But yuo can always try

I would like to install the Pixel ROM in my redmi note 5 pro, and I have some doubts.
I tried once to install this rom, at the time I used the MIUI 10 Android 9 beta and a version of TWRP for Android 9, but it gave an error 7 and I gave up.
Now I'm with MIUI 10.3.1.0 and I'm booting the TWRP pc with version 3.3.0.0. I would like to know if with these versions I could install the latest version of Pixel ROM.
I am also with ROOT, if I install the Pixel ROM I will need to do ROOT again? My root is with Magisk.

I have installed Pixel Experience Android Pie Rom and recently got a system update through it. While I try to install it through TWRP, I get an "Updater Error 7" in red color font. I tried with latest TWRP as well as Orange Fox Recovery. Also tried by downloading latest rom directly from the website.
I tried the other workaround by editing updater script file and gets "Error 6".
I never had these issues when I installed Pixel Experience for the first time from MIUI 10.
Is there something that can be done to fix this issue?

Update : For anybody experiencing the same problem, I guess it is an issue with that particular build (May 23 update of PE).
You may wait for the next Official update or switch to any other Rom otherwise. I have switched to Havoc OS and is loving the option to be able to get more customizations.

I just started learning how to root my one plus 5t and in the middle of the proces i bricked it , found an software online that unbricks your phone and i got it back at android 7.1.1 and oxygenOS 4.7.4.
I want to put it back to the highest android and the newest available oxygen os for the 5t. But the update function doesnt work or to be precise it says that the newest version is already installed. I tried to manualy update it but when i tried it says update failed.
If anyone has more experience ( practicaly everyone ) i would be grateful for your help

The official ROM, and working TWRP Recovery.
If you would do exactly the same as mentioned in the post , probably you will get Android Q along with TWRP installed.

For now I'm thinking of rolling back to 12.0.2 CN which was the latest stable version.
Or perhaps switching to global would be great?

I ended up having a technician downgrade it to Global Miui 10 or 11 i think. Definitely before 12.0.1
