I wonder if it's somehow possible on the 9 Pro to enable the Performance mode faster?
I don't want to go to settings > battery > advanced to enable it...
Is there a way to enable it with a widget or a quick toggle?
Maybe you can use Tasker?
I've thought of this, but i can't find the syntax to enable/disable Performance mode.
I'm a graphics dude 🥹
If you select 'Custom setting' in Tasker I think you will be able to find performance mode. I'm on OOS 11 so I don't have that option but I think it's worth checking!
These are the profiles I created for use in my phone. Hope it works for you.

Hi,
For all people finding the lockscreen on the rom buggy and are unable to change it, try disabling 'vibrate on touch' .
to do that
1. Go to settings.
2.Go to FULL SETTINGS tab
3. Sound settings and scroll down to vibrate on touch, disable it.
You should see an improvement in lockscreen performance. I did. Hope it helps. Cheeers...
Hmm, nothing for me...
Hey I am trying to find something convenient as eco mode for rootbox rom...
I know it is possible to hotplug and change settings from within the app... but on the go thats a few extra steps I'm trying to decrease...
Is there any cpu tuner app with a widget that can automate all these things? I can find ones that will change governor and lock frequency... but no easy way of enabling hotplug ...
wishing trickster mod had a widget but no luck... sigh
so anybody know of an easy way of sort of enabling eco mode like the stock rom does?
try trickster mod PAY version
Is there an app that allows direct access to one of the developer options so I can easily toggle it? I'm running stock, unrooted.
Here's the issue: Just upgraded to 4.3, and there's a bug that resets the Transition Animation Scale back to 1x whenever you run the Camera app. Right now I have to do Settings > More > Developer Options > scroll down to Transition Animation Scale > set to None > exit. PIA every time I use the Camera.
What I'd like is to have a script that runs the Camera app and then on exit automatically resets the animation option. Short of that I'd settle for a direct link to the option setting.
Any help appreciated.

Maybe the Tasker app can?
Sent from my GT-I9505G using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
if you use say Nova launcher you can long press the home screen select shortcut/activity or app/ and can choose things like you are wanting and itll make an icon as if it was an app on your homescreen

Good thought. I am actually using Nova. Just looked through all the available Activity links but don't see direct access to the specific option I need to toggle.
I've also installed the Developer Options app, which does allow one click access to the Dev Options, so that's better than drilling down through Settings, etc.
Hi everyone,
I know that almost all of the settings in System UI Tuner are now elsewhere in lineage os, but I need to enable the native "dark mode" feature. Google removed this from system ui tuner, but there is a flashable zip that brings it back and makes it accessible through System UI Tuner. I need to enable System Ui Tuner, then flash the zip, in order to enable a native dark mode. The normal quick settings setting cog icon technique is not working. I've seen the same issue multiple times, but those people found the settings they were looking for elsewhere! All I want is a native, built-in dark mode. Help me!
The always on display only shows a notification for one app, even though I have 4 others checked in the AOD settings. And the battery optimization is preventing notifications for at least 5 of my apps even though I changed the battery settings and also used ADB to get rid of com.vivo.pem and other stuff that supposedly caused this.
Anyone have any solutions to these? I have the global version
My notifications work well.
Settings -battery-power consumption - unresctrict them
Also info the individual apps and remove the battery optimization.
Hope that helps.
TS, did the advise work for you ???
You dont need to get rid of any of these apps:
I am using Origin OS and this is how the notification works:
Setting -> Apps & Permissions -> Permission Management -> Permission -> Choose Permission i.e. Autostart (needed for whatsapp/gmail/insta etc) go thru list and select apps -> follow with "Display on lock screen" and so on.
Worked like a charm here for me.
