Thank for the above update, i just had one query I have recently bought FOLD 4 from Australia csc (XSA) and i live in india csc (INS)
Both the countries has same model number SM-F936B, where Australia has (SM-F936B) and India has (SM-F936B/DS)
Indian Version update
https://fota-cloud-dn.ospserver.net/firmware/INS/SM-F936B/version.xml
Australian Version Update
https://fota-cloud-dn.ospserver.net/firmware/XSA/SM-F936B/version.xml
I watched the video for changing the CSC and wanted to change CSC from XSA to INS and i did the same following the video
using SAMFW application and CSC got change from XSA to INS and i got the option of UI 5.0 Beta update option and enrolled it but when i tried updating the phone, no update appeared hence changed my CSC from INS to XSA so i get the Fota update from Samsung in future.
I have read odin platform for changing the CSC by flashing the Normal CSC and other files together and there are chances that CSC will change since the model number is same.
Please guide me if its safe to flash the AP, BL, CP , CSC for changing the CSC to INS and if i do it,
1) Will i get the OTA update from samsung
2) Will it trip my KNOX
3) Will it void my warranty
I have attached two image FYR when i changed my CSC through SAMFW.

I have two questions about firmware and changing the CSC

hello everyone,,, i'm not an expert in software but i've read a good share of articles,, i have a Samsung galaxy S7 (SM-G930F) with the CSC: (G930FOJV2DRAG) i bought it from the UAE,, i have some problem with it so i want to install another country firmware.. and i have multiple questions,,
1- I have a pre-installed calendar app in Urdu language, apparently it is for Iran or Pakistan,, now when searching sammobile.com i found firmwares for Iraq (MID),, Saudi Arabia (ACR) or (KSA),, Egypt (EGY),, Iran (THR),, but when i go to details, they ALL have the same CSC code (OJV) which is the same CSC code that i have now,, and it's not possible that Saudi Arabia and Iran have the same pre-installed apps, and its not possible that Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia also have the same calendar that I'm having now,,, but as i read that the CSC code in the firmware name is what determines the country specific customization (like pre-installed apps),,, so HOW??

2- if i downloaded for example an Iraq (MID) firmware or even UK (DBU) firmware,, and went to ODIN, placed the four files (BL, AP, CP, and CSC) in their places and started the flashing process ( with the phone in download mode),, will i brick the phone?! or will things go right ( and this is the normal way)???? also will i loose the warranty?? and if things will go right, why did this guy in the video went to all this trouble by using the combination firmware??!! or did he do all that just to downgrade to Android 6??

How Samsung handles multi CSC

Hi everyone
I have an s9 with lux csc. (see image) but the available csc is empty. I'm on a Belgian provider (orange)
1. As the call fix update is not out for Luxembourg csc, can I flash the dbt (German) csc?
2. Will my csc remain lux, as it is part of the same multi csc oxm
3. Will I still get Ota?
Thanks for an answer. I'm new to the whole multi csc story. Last time I used Odin was when I owned an s3 mini.

You can flash any firmware you like and it will pass in ODIN. However your device will still have the splash screen (if it has one for LUX). Everything will be the same unofrtunately but you would have the latest update. I'm not sure if you will get OTA faster though as that may depend on your SIM.

Galaxy S9 not getting OTA updates

Hi, I am new to the world of Android after having iPhones for the past 6 years, so please forgive me if this is a stupid question
I have a S9 on Optus (OPS) in Australia, back in April I flashed XSA ARD4 firmware with ODIN as I was experiencing issues with calls going silent, at the time Optus had not released any new firmware so the only way to resolve the issue was to go to XSA firmware.
The issue is that ever since I flashed XSA firmware, I am not getting OTA updates, looking at Updato I can see Optus has released BRF3 and BRE5. When I check for updates manually I get nothing, same with Smart Switch on Windows. I have done some research and I've narrowed it down to a couple of things, could someone please tell me if I'm on the right track:
1. Optus never released ARD4, so firmware is not recognizable when checking for updates.
2. Since I am on XSA firmware, maybe the PDA does not match the CSC.
In any case, how do I start getting OTA updates again? Do I need to flash Optus firmware via ODIN? If I do this will I be able to keep my data?
I have attached a screenshot of my software information in case it is needed:

Appreciate if someone could help me out here
Most likely the CSC of the firmware you flashed included the original CSC of the phone, therefore did not change (It will always default to the original CSC if it is included in the multiCSC you flash)
So yea, your ROM vs CSC are mismatched, flash back the original firmware (Might as well just flash the latest version available to save waiting for OTAs)
Once you have OPS CSC & Firmware, OTA should work again
Flash HOME_CSC to keep data (CSC will reset the device back to factory)

I was trying to flash unlocked firmware on my T-Mobile S21 FE, I ended up getting it stuck when I try to flash anything on Auth Fail with a patched ODIN, and i cant find the right version for the revision thing anywhere because it wants 6 but i can only find 5. And its stuck in download mode. IDK what to do at this point.

From your screenshots, I am assuming your phone model is G990U (USA-locked version) with binary revision 6, and you are looking for a TMB firmware for G990U1 (USA-unlocked version). Unfortunately, for G990U1, till now there is no firmware released with Binary revision version 6. As per Samsungs rule, you cannot downgrade to a lower binary (from 6 to 5). So, when you are trying to flash a binary 5 firmware on an already binary 6 firmware phone, ODIN cannot proceed and gives you this error.
As for a current solution to unbricking your phone, you have to flash the G990U TMB firmware with binary 6 again. I am giving you a direct link for your ready reference:
https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-G990U/TMB/G990USQS6EWC3 (click on "Download SamFw server")
Finally, you have to wait until TMB releases an updated firmware for G990U1 models with Binary 6 in the future. Once released, you should be able to flash it with patched ODIN (not the regular one, version 3.14.1 3B) to shift from G990U to G990U1.
