I've tried every system app uninstaller and every file explorer none work. I've tried mounting the system on TWRP and trying to delete from there but it gives me Error 1. What do I do?
OnePlus disabled deletion of system apps. You can use debloater magisk module to disable system apps (formatting data restores these apps)

I don't see a disable option on the module
Use termux app, type "su" to give termux root, type "debloat", then go through #1, #2, #4, #5 and disable the apps by using the number in front of the apps (for example, 1 3 5 7) will disable four apps)

Installed debloater terminal but I still can't uninstall the apps, they stay there after reboot.
Are you running Android 12 or later?
I'll try to release new version of my SystemRW / SuperRW feat. MakeRW script ASAP
Sadly the old version of my script (v1.32) only seems to work in Android 10 and 11. Some folks got it to work in Android 12 by disabling or adapting the checkSDK() function but those are only a lucky few.

They're disabled not removed, and re-enabled once data is formatted. It does prevent RAM usage and speed up rom

Yeah those can be removed too.
but they are in a different folder i.e oem/apps & oem/priv-apps
i tried several ways but didn't find a way to incorporate it in the script. for now the best way to delete them is through root explorer.
again, i dont have any idea about coding. i just edited the zip file to be compatible with our device.
if someone could find a way to do it then i can surely add that too

Not working
Hi, when I flash the script in TWRP and reboot nothing happens. All the apps are still present. Please Help.
Thank You
The zip package works yes, I used it today on my Moto G4 with stock rom, it worked perfectly. Something that I do not recommend removing is Republic Wireless, in case you remove it will give you an error in the applications option in the settings, the maximum you should do is to freeze it using the titanium backup or some other program that does the same.

Download the apk of xposed installer, and download the .zip that is in this post. You just have to flash the .zip through TWRP, do cache and dalvik wipes and you're done, you just have to restart
The first boot takes about 10 -15 minutes to start

Sorry bud, no suggestions off hand, but curious... what exactly do you want to manage - backing up messages to PC etc, or sending messages from phone via PC, or what?
EDIT: are you using W10? could try this

Mark up the app you want to remove and press Uninstall.
You can re-install those removed apps if you need them back.
You cannot uninstall certain apps in non-root devices.
To manage Android applications, there is a wonderful tool - ADB AppControl. This is a new and convenient program. Very easy to use. No root needed.
Does not require installation. If you have Windows and Android device - this program will work for you ;-)

Lposed + HideMyApplist + Zygisk works "against" ANY banking or 2nd factor verification app.
If you're using a adblocker, check this as well. My banking app didn't work because it's using some google advertising urls, which my adblocker blocked.
I added some exceptions and it started to work again.

I've used Vanced (before it was taken down), and ReVanced with the root method, and due to crashes have uninstalled the modified versions of YouTube and installed the stock versions. I have done this for Twitter and Spotify as well. However every time I reboot my phone the stock applications are replaced with broken versions. I have found in the Magisk log (relevant section attached) that some scripts are being run which I think must be doing this. What's the best way to stop them from running?
Have you tried to disable the automatic update for the affected APPs in the play store? It might update it everytime you restart the phone.
That's not the issue, as it only happens when my phone restarts and to fix it I have to uninstall and reinstall through the play store

Additionally, make sure auto-update is turned off for YouTube in the Google play store. (Or install the magisk module to prevent this, as recommended by the dev.)
How were you installing the patched apps? Were you using a magisk module or the revanced application? If it is a magisk module make sure you uninstall that as well. If it is the revanced app make sure you unpatch the desired app first. After that in both cases uninstall the app and clear all app data for it in settings. Then I would reboot before you try reinstalling.

I was using ReVanced Manager to install them. The manager is not fully complete iirc and support for installation has been removed. I checked the source code though, and tracked down the installation logic. The attached files are installed in /etc/adb/ by ReVanced Manager (well not the Vanced ones but I thought I would attach those too). I should be able to remove these I think?
EDIT: actually attach zip

I had the same problem like you.
I used this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/revanced-revanced-extended-guides-useful-links.4523967/
Since its on the same site i trust it.
Its a direct download and install, no compiling voodoo magic and stuff.
The apks from the link both installed a copy of the youtube app. Now i dont care if the original gets updated or downgraded after restart.
Question: is it possible to redirect links from google directly to the revanced apps?
I had this issue. Here's what fixed it: go here using Solid Explorer (or other root file manager) /data/adb/service.d
Delete anything related to Vanced or ReVanced.
Reinstall ReVanced.
This will stop your YouTube from resetting every reboot.
