I wanted to install Coloros 12 Beta 5 update on my phone. Then the phone turned off. Now it stays on the logo and keeps restarting. How can I recover my phone without deleting my data?
Thank you.

As the title says. Got alerted of the 2.2 update and attempted to download it. Half way through the download the phone resetting to the android boot screen and wont move. It keeps looping the boot screen and vibrating and wont go past it. You need to take out the battery for about 10 mins before it will boot again, only for it to do it again when you try to do something else.
Its not hacked or anything the phone is how it came out of the box. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have resetting the factory settings, formatted the memory card. Nothing seems to stop it. As soon as you go to update via system again it will reset to boot screen half way through and repeat the process over again.
i recievd an ota last night, i did it and now the phone stalled, it won't turn on, just goes to the boot and gets stuck over there, what can i do? i have tried forced restart but it dont' work
i have the duos version
Hey guys,
So I've been running on stock EPD1 and everything had been running smoothly. Last night my phone randomly shut down, even though it was at full battery. After trying to restart it, I got stuck in almost a boot loop. It would boot, and during the Samsung animation, it would freeze and restart. This would happen twice until the phone gave up I guess and the phone stays at a black screen with either a constant blue LED, or a blinking whitish-purple LED. I have tried using ODIN to flash back to stock EPD1 and EPF1. Both were successful in ODIN, but didn't solve anything. I can flash TWRP, but flashing any ROMs doesn't help. Wiping Data, System, Cache, and formatting hasn't done anything as well. I also used the Smart Switch and Kies emergency software recovery and initialization features. Again, both said they were successful, but didn't change anything. Sometimes the boot gets to the point where it says "Android is optimizing apps," but once that finishes, it crashes again. Am I 100% screwed? Thanks to anyone that can offer some advice.
Small update: After using the emergency recovery feature in Kies once more, the phone booted to the green "Android is starting..." screen and it counted through 35 apps and said it was starting. It crashed at that point. Not sure if that's progress.
Hello there
I own Redmi 1s. I have been using the phone for nearly 2 years now. I currently had Cm 11 installed on my device. Today while using the phone, my phone shut down on its own. A few seconds later the MI logo showed up on the screen. It lasted there for a few seconds and then went off again. The same has been happening for over an hour now. The battery percentage before this happened was over 50 %. I have TWRP installed, i tried to open the recovery. The recovery opens up but the phone shuts down on its own within a second and the MI logo shows up again.
I can't figure out what to do. Please help me. Thanks
I removed the battery when I saw this problem. The moment I put the battery in, the phone starts up on its own. This is pretty different as the phone didn't start on its own when I used to remove the battery in previous cases. In this case it starts on its own and the MI logo keeps of appearing and disappearing.
If you can get into recovery, you might like to try clear cache and data or even a factory reset (means sacrifice all data) and see. If still keep restarting, might be time to flash back the stock ROM...
Since a few months, I'm facing this problem. The phone is working OK when I can get to the system, but If I turn it off or the battery runs off, it gets stuck on a loopboot: the Mi logo shows and restarts itself after a few seconds. Can't access the recovery mode (it just restarts again to the Mi logo), fastboot works tho'.
The only way I have to get to the system is to start the Fastboot Mode, keep the phone on it to drain the battery and once it's empty, plug it to the charger and try to boot 15-20 times until it magically works.
I've never unlocked the bootloader or tried to install anything, the ROM and Recovery are the Xiaomi's stock EEA. I'm on MIUI 13.
Any ideas about how I can fix this weird behavior? Anybody has faced the same problem?
Thanks for reading/helping and happy new year to you all!

Nope. One day it turned off and I never could boot back in again. Sorry.
