i thought that snapdragon870's gpu can't be overclocked. Does somebody (or you) found a way how to do it (>670MHz)?

It overclocks up to 683mhz on all devices... just not past that on all but first batch of devices. Use konabess

How did this even happen in the first place?
Did you flash backup first , try booting phone - it failed to boot and then you saw the error in twrp?
In that case you fked up by flashing to wrong partititon... I think I had the same error earlier , basically you want to flash onto boot_vendor partiton , not the "boot" partition. To do this download official/vasaish twrps and boot them both to see which one shows the vendor_boot partition. ( Partition should be named the same as konabess backup file , if it's named different than vendor_boot then flash to whatever it's name is I didn't use the app in a while so I don't remember... )
As for what you can do now? Idk , I'd flash miui all over again... I think I tried flashing unmodified boot.img but that didn't fix it either. Honestly it might have been something else entirely in my case too so if you have time extract vendor_boot.img boot.img from the ROM installation files, flash them and see if it works?
you could use fastboot to flash vendor boot
fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img

Você não deixou claro na postagem se você está usando uma Stock ROM ou uma CUSTOM... Se você estiver usando uma CUSTOM, você fez um backup da original antes de instalá-la? Pois isto é recomendadíssimo. O PC naõ reconhece via ODIN? Não reconhece o armazenamento em massa? Você tentou todas as portas USB do pc? Pois pelo que você descreve, a única maneira será via Odim mesmo, a não ser que você tenha um backup instalado no cartão SD. Para você ter ideia, um backup que eu fiz, quando deixei de usar a stock rom tem cerca de 450MB de tamanho, e somente através do CWM Recovery é possível instalá-lo. Abaixo um print dos arquivos de backup no cartão SD.

You did'nt make clear if you are using a STOCK or CUSTOM ROM ... If you are using a CUSTOM, you made a backup of the original before you install it? For this is recommended. The PC doesn't recognize it via ODIN? Does not recognize the mass storage? Have you tried all the USB ports on the pc? For what you describe, the only way is via Odim same, unless you have a backup installed on the SD card. Passe a pasta para o seu cartão SD (Se o PC não reconhece o cartão SD, faça a tranferência por meio de um "leitor de cartão") e através do CMW Recovery faça o "restore", localizando a pasta para onde transferiu o backup.

in CWM you need a .zip file or a recovery file in order to install OS via CWM well the

In order for your PC to recognize your device, you must install the samsung usb driver which you can download here:

estou fazendo um guia assumindo que vc tenha conhecimento necessario para seguir os passos intermediarios e caso tenha problema nos passos listado eu vou lhe ajudar
o tablet que eu tenho acesso é o "Asus T100TAS" com um SSD de 32GB e um HDD de 500GB a UEFI dele suporta boot APENAS x86 (32bits) e x64 (64 bits) não funcionará no mesmo
vamos começar:
1) faça backup dos seus dados, hdd e ssd
2) baixe a iso do Windows de sua preferencia (8, 8.1 ou 10), caso vc tenha o disco de instalação voce pode criar a iso apartir dele
(não vou abordar como fazer esta parte a assumir que vc saiba fazer isto)
vc tem 2 opções:
A) clonar a instalação do SSD para o HDD (impossível usar o ssd como aceleração)
a1) Baixe o aplicativo "WinToUSB"

Comprei em 2/2/2016 um Lenovo k80m na www.geekbuying.com por 172,66€ que me chegou com dois comandos das definições que falhavam ao serem executados, problema que resolvi flashando-o com oma ROM P90 que era a versão international para aquele modelo. Ao fim de 9 meses de uso fundiu o módulo do wifi - perdeu a capacidade de se connectar a WLAN, e depois de ter voltado à china para ser reparado ao ligá-lo ao carregador começou bem mas não carregou mas sofreu de um curto circuito e por fim a geekbuying reembolsou-me a 100% o dinheiro que por ele paguei.
Mais tarde comprei na loja DX.com o ZUK Z2 que recebi anteontem e de que me estava a apaixonar e não lhe encontrando nenhum bug. Eis senão quando verifico faltarem vários comandos nas definições situação que apresento nesta imagem carregada para imgur , e que anexo abaixo, pedindo a alguém deste forum que me deixe as considerações que achem recomendáveis. Unfortunately its not possible. You can do the whole process on the cell phone to patch the cell phone boot with magisk, however, you will need Odin to flesh the magisk on your cell phone.
And as you are Brazilian, you can go to a cyber café or technical assistance and ask the guy to do the Odin process, but they will charge you for the service.

É possível usar o Magisk usando o recovery do próprio samsung ?...tentei encontra TWRP compatível.com meu celular e não achei , tenho medo de brikar meu celular.
