hie guys , i have a galaxy note 10+ n975f/ds which got cracked recently ,now only the s pen works fully but i cannot use the touchscreen . a few days ago i noticed that if i make a phone call , i am able to fully use the device touchscreen without any issues but as soon the phone call drops , only the s pen works and the touchscreen stops working . so i am wondering if there is a hack or anyone willing to help me to make the device think i am using my s pen and make it activate the touchscreen or maybe to spoof a fake call all the time and make the device thinks i am making a phone call so that the touch starts working just like how it works when i am making a call . my device is rooted with magisk and on android 11 binary 7 . please help

Don't have a hack for you, but you may be able to determine if your lack of touch ability is due to the screen thinking there is a constant press happening.
In developer options turn on "show taps" & or "pointer location"
nope there is no constant pressing when i enable show touches , im very sure the touchscreen is broken because when i dial *#0*# and select touch option to test the touch screen only a super small area on the botton part works and there are some chips missing, i can even see the RGB colours poking through the area that has some chips missing. but when making a call the whole device responds to touch . any exposed module/s that can make me access my device's sensors ,maybe i might find a workaround lol

Hi folks,
I am experiencing some strange problem, since leedroid rom mod 1.4 this feature isn't working anymore. I've tried a few different roms after I recognized that the volume stays the same after almost "throwing" the device in all possible directions I've wiped everything before installing the different roms but no change, it won't work for some reason and I don't no what this may caused.
It's a nice feature and I really don't want to miss it. Could this be perhaps a hardware related problem ? It's driving me nuts because I have no idea at the moment
Every help is appreciated ! Thanks in advance.
Hi again,
I've run some more "tests" and actually found out that it's working when the phone is lying on the desk, then the volume is getting reduced after grabbing it but when I hold the phone in my hand and shake it during an incoming call nothing happens unless I put it with the face down on a table.
So my question is this how it's supposed to work ? I actually don't know which sensors are being used for this feature :s

The feature only works if the phone is completely still when it starts ringing in my experience.
If you're holding it in your hand and you call it then it won't happen. If you leave it on the desk and then call it, it will happen. The sensor being used is the Accelerometer, I think. Which is incredibly sensitive.

I really appreciate your answer !
That's what I actually thought and thanks a lot for your confirmation The sensor seems to be very sensitive in this case but as long as it's working I'm ok with it because I leave it almost all the time on my desk at work, I just thought that it also had worked while taking it from the pocket but I was obviously wrong.

Do you have a case or a protection? Which firmware do you have?
Did you check the option in call Settings?
I recently cracked the touchscreen of my device. The glass was cracked but the touch was working fine. But i decided to get my screen replaced anyway and now, the new screen is being kinda wonky. It sometimes doesnt register my touch. Its alot jumpy now.To understand this assume that the you are trying to draw a spiral or a straight line on the snote app through your finger. The line /spiral that you will get in the end will not be continuous and will essentially be broken at different places even if your finger was constantly touching the screen. Also, when i try to drag the icons on my homescreen, the screen just drops them at the random places.
Long story short tye new screen isnt working well with continuous input.I cant even use the swype capability of my keyboard.Any suggestions?I have included a screenshot .

Hi I have a problem about my samsung galaxy note 2 n7100,when I tried the lcd test and the sensors, all sensor test are not working like proximity, light, gyro, accelerometer etc,so to make that is true,I tried to open a photo and turn the phone into landscape, the screen remains in portrait view,so its really true that my sensors is not working, same with the proximity when i call someone, the screen is not turning off,i tried different custom roms, kernels but noting change it and still not working, but i tried once to reset phone via settings and the sensors are working again and when i change into custom rom,the sensors are not working again until now i hope that its not a harware issue, because i know that it cost a lot to repair my phone, btw im from philippines ,so i hope there is someone here knows the solution,i will really appreciate it and thanks in advance.
sorry for my bad english,i did my best
i think no one knows about my problem
I hope someone know about this

Software issue. What setup are you running currently and what have you tried?
Thanks for your reply. I have formatted the phone twice, removed the tamper glass but nothing happens. problem is still there.Downloaded Oreo 8.0 Ver 5.0.2 and installed the software but still problem is there.I think there's problem with Oreo update.some times I can't restart or switch off the mobile because of touch problem.
Please find my details and help me.

Same thing only it is with the bottom 1cm of my screen, it is intermitent except directly above home button where the screen more often doesn't work then it does...
I enabled touch tracking and when it goes wild the dots show up going left-right for about 2-5s and then it calms down, except for example when I get into E&A game when I click on a part directly beside home button I see two dots "spliting" my touch into 2 dots maybe 0,5cm left and right, then it usualy goes haywire.
I use US version of DASH charger with EU adapter but seriously doubt that can be the problem, I'm not the only one having it obviously and it seems most of us got it thru Oxygen OS (well I just bought mine, used and updated, about a week ago so...) and I'm really anoyed by this, a 300€ used phone having such a CRIPLING BUG!!!!
