Doesn't seem to work only get a blue line nothing more would be nice to have a working twrp to easily update firmware while on gsi
Of course it would be great to have it but it's just not ready yet.... Maybe until it is released in India we don't have anything

I see you updated china stable rom over your global stable rom to bypass 360 hr wait
but in case it doesn't work out with china stable rom can we revert back to stock global stable rom wihout any problem?

You need to use the version 2.2[...] + 2 accounts. I've done it ~1 month ago on the latest rom, so should be still possible!
I'm pretty sure that all the exploits are fixed by now.

Not sure I trust it. As the real lineageos page is lineageos.org. Our phone is not listed there.

Hey m8, are you releasing it? It will be really interesting. I'm looking for an Android 8 for my z00ad. I'm italian too and i can help you to try that release.
I recently bought a redmi note 5, waited 360 hours to unlock the bootloader, only to find out that, due to the presence of this "huaxing" screen panel, i am not able to install any aosp custom rom, because the screen goes completely black when booting up. Are devs working on this to fix it or is it better to sell the phone and buy another smartphone? I bought the redmi note 5 only to be able to install aosp roms and now that i can't, i have no reason to keep the phone unless this huaxing screen problem is fixed soon

Where is it?
Yes the rom has been released on official xiaomi.eu but not fastboot rom
So i supposed someone there has found the workaround but not made public yet
Just asking if there are anyone who knows it
If its fastboot rom then i do understand that to install using twrp not yet available but thats not the case

I have received 12.0.3.0 via OTA. If it has been uploaded on a site you can download zip and then install via updater (click many times on "12", then you see in 3 dots in the right corner "install package...")

Are you able to install google play? I was under the impression that china roms can't get playstore, gmail, etc to work?
The playstore is installed from xiaomi. No problems installing Google Apps.

create a xiaomi account and go 'https://www.miui.com/unlock/index.html'
usually it well spend you 168hours because unlock needs bind the account to device a week

nope. I think that's clearly a bug. I also reviewed the chinese Mi Pad 5 Pro and the Unlock was no problem there. So I guess it is a problem of the global Version. Let's send Xiaomi a bugreport and hope for the best
