this is my first post and I apologize in advance for my poor English
In longer journeys, using px5 is simply impossible because after some time the radio stops responding to buttons and freezes. Then i have to reset it with the button on the left "reset".
This is version of Xtrons px5 without a disc player. Below ,post photos with information about the device..
Can i update to Android 10 and MCU? And will that help with my problem ?

Where can I find recovery version 9 (I understand that this version must be when updating android 9?) Unless I can install android 10? I don't know anything about it, so it would be great if someone gave the files I need to install. The MCU version has been updated to the latest 3.73

I have KGL 3066 1024x600 unit but when i upgraded Malaysk march firmware somethings strange happened :
wifi , bluetooth , GPS & USB ports not working at all !!!????
all other functions are working normal , I tried to go back to stock firmwares 4.4.4 , 4.4.2, and even 4.2.2 jelly bean with no hope i tried almost all mcu from 1.77 till 2.83 and nothing changed , on every firmware i erased every thing before and after flashing
then i tried Malaysk April firmware and nothing happened.
I noticed that there is no serial number or wifi mac address on all firmwares i tried
i am really depressed with my unit plz i need help

Hi! I\m facing the same issue and I need the jelly bean 4.2 update file, once I wrongly try to upgrade without saving the original unit's files update and mcu. Could youy please send to me the files you have so I can try to resurrect my unit? Thanks! Kind regards Anderson

The answers are found in the forums. Alot of options.
To update your firmware you can install MCU MTCE_WWW_v2.94 or MTCE_KLD_v2.94

Samsung A70, I even did a new installation of Android 10 (Ukraine version)
I don't even do it without root - only an unlocked bootloader (maybe this is a problem?)
And you can't add a card to google pay, at the end the crashes "can't complete ...."
Help ...
On the old version of Android 9 and fix 1.7 everything worked fine (even on root)

I have a705fn the dbt version but u cant install it as samsung recalled a70 android 10 firmware
So if u got android 10 dont downgrade cause there is no android 10 avaible anymore
I have Android 10 - SEK version.
I know not can downgrade to 9 ( Pie )
But not can install other version 10 ?
Explain me - why is no android 10 avaible anymore ??

Hello guys!
A few days ago , tried to upgrade the software of my device, manually via microsd card, using the dload method.
I got a softbrick.
I tried many roms for Honor 9X STK-LX1 (C431) but none worked.
After many attempts, i installed the latest official firmware Emui 10 with Android 10 ( STK-L21HN -10.0.0212), and the device is functional now, but with many bugs.
1) The logo screen has change from previus "HONOR 9X" to "HUAWEI".
2) The new rom is installed without a keybord. So It's difficult for me to setup the new rom.
3) In ----> Settings---->telephone information---->the model seems as "unknown " and
4) In----> Settings----->telephone information---->publication number----> "Error: /preas/ xxx not found in/hw_product/hw_oem/STK-L21HN/parent_cust.cfg"
Do you know what these errors mean and how to fix???

With the help of @oslo83, we managed to make the device functional.
Now it works like a charm.

It's about upgrading to a correct LGRPx base for your device, while upgrading correct emui10 cust and preload.

I have the same errors with an Huawei P20 Lite (ANE-LX2) region spceas changed to eu via DC-Unlocker
Now is on this firmware:
HUAWEI ANE-LX2 9.1.0.209(C636) YAZILIM ilsasupport.com
- Installed without a keyboard. Solved downloading microsoft swiftkey from appgallery.
- Model is ANE, not ANE-LX2
- Build is: "Error: /preas/ xxx not found in/product/hw_oem/LX1/parent_cust.cfg"
This is not a big problem for me now, because all works ok, is rooted, I can use, call and play well with it. But I'm curious about what is the problem and how to solve it.
Install an other firmware, one which is right for your device's variant hardware.

bruh i have honor 9x pro global version and i downgraded my software to emui 9.1.1.131 but i'm getting chinese keyboard and everthing is crashing there is no browser and all could you pls help me to download the correct firmware for my device i did by dload method but now if i try to update emui it shows incompatible for this version and sometimes software install failed can u pls help if u help me i would be very grateful so pls..
So, after investigations on device, a chinese base was flashed by offline dload on this branded overseas device.
Here why the problems. Force flashing a correct base for actual branded model and region would fix.

I have TCL L55C6US, Chassis MT58CU-AP, and Firmware version V8-T658T01-LF1V820
With every turn-on, it requires a restart to activate the voice! There is no sound after the first start, and after restarting it works normally.
Tried a factory reset, and firmware update but to no avail.
what is the reason? And how can the problem be solved?

In that thread ,I posted.....you need V574 PKG file first ,then update with OTA V575.
All links are there.
No Android 9 for this platform.
