[Q] Network type unknow

hi i have problem in my note 2 n7100 every thing is fine call sms wifi my on about phone status network type show unknow how to fix it

Everytime I'm turning auto-sync on or off my G4 is showing me the following message (image borrowed from the web)

Network search displays only codes with no operator names.
LineageOS version 14.1. How fix it?

Does anybody know how to run USSD codes on unlocked s22+ (SM-S906U1)? Every time I run a code, such as *#06#, I'm getting this:
