No, you can not just upgrade from Android 9 to 10.
Have a look at MTCD Software forum.
Can it be done using modinstallepro?

Hi
When I took the phone to a repair shop, they said
Dbdh damage system files and the box did not fix it.
They need to have a ROM file.
I think the img extension.
can u help me?
And again I ask, what does this have to do with Paranoid Android?
We can't magically spit out a ROM for some random no-name device. You need to find one yourself as the Paranoid Android team supports nothing but nexus and oppo devices.
Please note that this forum section you are currently in is NOT a general help forum but a forum dedicated to the Paranoid Android project.

sorry
What do you mean?
I did not notice
More nasty explain?
How to find the ROM?
Thanks for the answer
You can find a ROM by building one yourself or finding others with the same device. You simply will not find it in this forum section. If you cannot figure out how to use the forums and try to find others with your device, I cannot help you.
In short, this paranoid android section is not for you.

I purchased a new unit 4 days ago but having unlocked developer mode there does not seem to be an option to select USB debugging.
Due to this I would like advice to install a rooted Oreo like "update_8_0_Oreo_PX5_v_1.1_MALAY_22_03_2018_MTCD_MTCE"
the question is can I update to this?
what is correct files to install?
how to get to recovery can some one share their experience?
are these units generic?

Thank you for your help
If you don't need Google Play Services disable it or install a mod (ROM) like Hal9k which will let you use microG.
I had this issue where the interface was very laggy, unbearable and this helped it become very responsive.
