Which one do you think is the greatest Pixel ROM for our phone?
Considering battery, performance, camera, and other features.

I also agree with your question, I would also add Pixel Extended to your comparison
PixelOS definitely for battery and performance. Not a lot of features though but that probably helps keep the battery life good

What are real benefits of moving from OxygenOS to Cynaogen ?
I'm pretty happy with OxygenOS, but I'm wondering if I'm not missing something.
Is battery life better ? Overall performance of OP3 is great, does CM13 provide even better performance than Oxygen ?
My battery is better on CM, and CM is more customization, I just wish a stable build would be out and no more nightlys.

Does dash charge work and sRGB mode ? And the battery life is like much better or barely noticeable better ?

Dash charge works, srgb mode I think works I don't use it so no idea.
Battery life I did two tests, one on OOS, same apps, etc etc, settings. One on CM13.
I played 720p movies, on mx player, same brightness. I got 1 hour 30 extra playtime with CM than I did OOS.
Not the best test, but yeah.
LEDs work correctly on this unlike OxygenOS which just warps through rainbow colours for some odd reason. sRGB I toggle though a kernel app on CM
Camera on CM isn't as good as stock. Progress is being made on CM and there's a OOS camera app port project. As soon as the camera is good enough I'll switch to CM

I would go with Stock if i were you because it is far more stable than Cyanogenmod 13.0
If you want more customization then install Xposed and Gravitybox
For me the battery is better on Oxygen OS and it's very stable than CM13. Not sure if CM13 has pocket mode? The one thing Oxygen OS doesn't have is themes which works great on CM13.
Does CM13 have the full stock DND functionality? How does it work with the slider?
Cm sucks go for aosp
how about features of Camera in CM is that same as Oxygen OS?

Could you tell me why? Is it in general or just with OP3?

on cm based roms wifi is really weak, camera not so good compared to oos. also, got some problems with gps. it's software issue, rma replaced motherboard to brand new.
I tried CM13 for one day. It killed my battery. It was a 20% difference. The CM OS was #1 in battery usage. It was unacceptable to me, and that is with Greenify running on both.
I LOVE the built-in permissions of CM so I don't need XPrivacy.
But I'm not giving up the battery life of OOS.
Your experience may be different but I don't have a compelling reason not to stay stock.
Using a different kernel may help with CM for me, but I'd don't feel like I need it that badly.
For me, battery life is almost the same on OOS vs. cm nightly, and the camera is a bit better on OOS.. There's only one thing why i use OOS, and that is the app opening speed. Much faster than CM, even if odexed.
For anyone who's used both, which had the better performance, stability, features and battery?

For features you are right.
But for battery life and stability I suppose Sultanxda LineAge is better.

Phoenix is better I feel. It's snappier and has a good battery. Plus the camera oxygen is good as well

Have you really compared that? Perhaps performance is a little bit better because of underclocking of sultanxda's version. But battery life and camera should be better with sultanxda lineage. But I haven't compared it, I only saw excellent reviews for sultanxda lineage.
i didnt try sultans, but i try phoenix and i have a little lag.The paranoid is very fast and smooth but with no features, is like stock. For battery the best choice is the pure android rom but the lag is too much. The best way for me is stock with custom kernel and AKT mode, but for me, ringtone and notification sound link is a deal breaker. The most stupid feature i have ever seen.
I want to know how's the camera performance for pixel experience rom?
I have heard some good things.. How is it compared to the stock camera performance?
If possible someone who has tried it can also tell me about the performance and bugs related to it?
Curious :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

You can use oneplus camera it's good
After flashing f1Xy kernel battery is great!
I'm getting about 6hrs sot with 3g always on
Got 119k antutu score (60apps installed)
So I just picked up a pixel 3 and the battery life is fairly mixed but I guess I was spoiled with my previous device (Oneplus 5).
Will installing a custom kernel improve my battery life? I haven't really bothered since my Galaxy S2 which was a shambles.
If so, are there any specific kernels which aim to do this by default?

Today, stock Google kernels are very efficient. Most kernel devs will tell you the same. There is just not much margin left for them to improve upon battery-wise. That being said I use EX Kernel because I like the ability to tinker and have more control over the phone. I like EX's battery monitor that is part of his kernel manager. There are quite a few good custom kernels out there. If you haven't done so already, just lurk in one or two of the kernel threads and see what people are discussing. With respect to your current battery life, don't forget to give it several full charging cycles and in a week or so it will likely show an improvement. That, and you're probably "playing" with it more and that will wear off too!
There will be none to negligible difference. Custom kernels are more for staying up to date with incremental kernel patches and other upstream stuff as well as things like color and haptic control.

It's been a long time since I installed a rom on a device.
However I found my lg g3 and wanted to give it new life.
The battery life is crucial is my main requirement, however it would not be bad to have also excellent performances.
So I trust you. What are your recommendations?
Sorry for bad english
hi ! i also wanna know what the best rom to use

Just go with Lineage.. Try ResurrectionRemix and CRDroid for most tweaks, great performance, but average battery life. You have to find what is right with you and all your apps on your specific phone model. I find best battery life to be on CleanROM, but it is outdated. Still works fine though, just missing newer OS features. I am on a D850 and I rotate OS every few weeks and always come back to Candy7, CleanROM, or LineageOS as I seem to always get random reboots on anything else.

Assuming you do not care about security updates... I would use CleanROM (or Fulmics, but I prefer CLeanROM) for best battery, best camera quality, AND performance. I would use Candy7 for best performance (stable, smooth, and fast) IMO but a little lacking in battery and is missing some tweaks/features.. If you do care about security updates, latest Android features, and dont mind a mediocre battery then stick with Lineage 16 for now until 17 gains more traction. You will find decent performance and battery life in LineageOS, but not as good battery life as in CleanROM or Fulmics.. Try ResurrectionRemix and CRDroid for most tweaks, great performance, but average battery life. You have to find what is right with you and all your apps on your specific phone model. I do not see a lot of updated ROMs out there for this specific model. If I had a D724, I would try...
