I started making these fonts for my cell and decided to post them up for you all to enjoy.. These cab files will overwrite your windows fonts and TF3D fonts. I will be adding more fonts as time allows me to have (baby coming shortly), these fonts I made for myself but decided to share them with you all.

Again these are will change your Windows & TF3D fonts, I will have TF3D only soon, You can uninstall by going to settings, system, remove programs select my font to delete and then click ok to soft reset.

can someone teach me how to replace the operator logo to become the date? i currently use total commader to put a transparent image over the manila.
Has anyone managed to install any of the CAB files on a HD. Mine just doesnt seem to want to know. Only trace of installation I can find is in the remove programs. No trace of any attempt to install fonts.
Is it possible to extract them and install manually?

For info, some letters disappears in french rom 1.19, letters with an accent. For example, météo becomes m t o.

Very nice fonts indeed! I to am seeing an issue mainly in the weather tab. The numbers for the current temp. are not displaying correctly. I've tried four different fonts but am getting the same result with all of them.
When using Wallpapers that are more on the bright side and BG4all, it becomes really difficult to read the text on some of the HTC Sense (Manila 2.5) tabs, especially the messaging one.
So I was wondering if it is possible to change the font color to black or something else.
Anyone know something about this?

I use m9Editor, look for the mode9 files for the parts u want to change..
Manila mode9 u can search say for all entries called "text" this will so you things such as carrier name, in there you can add a property for the colour and change it to what you want.
Look for the m9editor thread, much better explanations in there than I can give

hello i wan't to change the font color in the tabs to black....i got manila 2012. First I copy all _manila files from /windows to my storage card and next to my computer but i don't know which files i must use. so i like to mess with my theme, and know how to change the png's and also the text color by editing the services.jar file but my question is on a third party keyboard, specificaly one called 'slideIT' which i love, i am trying to change the color of the letters, and i dont know how.

I'm themeing the clock on my lock screen. I can't figure out how to change the font though. I know it's one of the xml's in the framework. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

You can use the application mClock. it's free and you can change the font of your clock easily.
You can find XML generator for mClock on google.
Specify the name of your font.
After paste your font file in /sdcard/Fonts/
If it doesn't exist you can create it.

It's great that there are OEMs like LG that provide this level of customization out of the box. The option that sounded the most interesting was the ability to change fonts without using root methods. The only problem I've found is that all the fonts one can download from SmartWorld are pretty hideous.
I know I can change the system font with several root apps, but this method is sketchy and was responsible for bricking one of my phones in the past. The SmartWorld fonts are installed as an APK if I'm not mistaken. My knowledge of how APKs are structured is fairly limited, but I was wondering if it would be possible to decompile one of the font APKs (if necessary. Again, not incredibly familiar with them), change the font file to a custom one, and install it on the G3 in a way that it would act like any other SmartWorld installed font and can be selected from the Settings > Display > Font type menu.
TL;DR is it possible to install a custom, non-SmartWorld font as if it were from SmartWorld and use it with the stock font changing settings? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:
I used to use ifont on my GS4 but it wouldn't work on my LG G3. It used to cause boot loops but apparently they must have fixed and made it compatible and now it works flawlessly.

Me too having the same doubt. Since the SmartWorld fonts are working well, so the other fonts can also work with some customizations.. I hope any of the developers will come forward and do it..
