Now that miui 9.6.2.0 global stable is officially out is it possible to flash global rom on chinese 9.5.22.0 without much hassle?

MASIK U FINAL is based on MIUI 10. It is a good daily driver. Using it and have no complaints whatsoever. Google cam is working as well.

custom kernels available for rn8 till now are genom,yuki,chips,baebae.
click here for latest stock rom.
mostly every miui based rom have pretty much stable releases like mi eu, miui mix, mi novo etc.

I read somewhere that xiaomi is not going to update mix 3 to android 11 or miui12.5
So my question is can we get miui 12.5 in mix 3 like eu rom?
