Great job
Apparently works smoothly. Just two details I can notice:
FM Radio doesn't have audio. Seems like an Android 12 issue.
Encryption is disable. It suppose from Android10+ FBE must be enable by default.
It's fast and stable. The battery is good too. But LTE seems not working. Has anyone been like that?

Yea it doesn't seem to work. The signal icon on the main bar isn't showing either to me.
Joyeuse here
@edit:
It seems like setting up your own APN with your cell provider information fixes the issue. Mobile internet works. I think overall theres something wrong with the android getting the cellular data from the simcard or something. For example in the previous version, u could access the "Sim data" info app, now you can't.
Overall the build works well. Im messing around with it for a few hours and it seems smooth, no reboots, not a lotta bugs. Just needs a little bit more custom CRDroid settings. Thanks for the work dev. Looking forward to the updates.
There's a good Camera app, which can use the 0.6x lens? Thanks

There are tens of variations of GCam, currently using MTSL with deadcat76_joyeuse config (to set the config download the app and double tap the space near the "snap picture" button) and its good. Macro/Normal/Wide works, everything is decent
MTSL: MTSLSnap_v5
Download MTSLSnap_v5 by MTSL.

I need help, how do I activate game mode? I can't find it anywhere in the settings... Can you help me? thank you very much <3
I've been using this ROM since it was uploaded on CrDroid website and here's my experience-
1. Some times the phone just sleeps and never wakes up(totally unresponsive, no sound but when I call to my number it is not off, just unresponsive)
2. On Instagram camera, no matter how much you lower the exposure, the snapped picture has a higher exposure and grainier picture regardless.
3. Idle battery consumption is really bad, when I wake up after sleeping the phone loses around 30 percent battery overnight.
4. The phone is charging at 13watts @4.2v from a 18watt charger so the full 18waty fast charging is not working and it is definitely noticable and a little disappointing.
5. Can't find game mode

Many thanks for sharing your work with us!
I really like Xenon, it has everything I want and not too many things I don't need.
Flashed it with Gapps pico and also Magisk 16.4 although people on other ROMs have more reboots with Magisk than with other root solutions. I wanted to see for myself cause l'm a well below average user. I also use Substratum with a blue grey theme and another little dark theme.
Use the ROM (my first real taste of Oreo) for a couple of days now and random soft reboots are there but haven't had many.
I did first setup very slowly and then let it settle for 10 minutes and had no reboots there.
Battery life is close to stock for me.
Thanks again, I really hope this will be alive for a while. :good:

One good thing is that you can adjust music loudness steps to 60, but when I did that my little BT speeker nearly exploded. Luckily it was set to a very low level and it was still at a low level when set to 60...but loud as hell
Maybe a log (with sound turned off) would help?

Adjusting steps doesn't actually increase max volume. It just allows you to increase volume by smaller increments

Yes I know that.
But when I was listening on a BT speeker at low volume step I changed the steps to 60 and suddenly it was very loud although still set to step 5 of 60, so max volume was on a low step.
On standard setting step 5 of 15 isn't that loud.
My sd card is formatted as exfat and everytime I rename a folder ROM does hard reboot. Tried with Total Commander and MiXplorer. Renaming files works.
Log made with MatLog.

MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…

Installation mode :
To install the clean rom:
Download the rom
enters recovery
make all wipes (all)
choose zip from rom and install
you can use a gapps any of its taste since it is for android 8.1
or you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom.
To install upgrade:
Method 1:
just download the complete package via OTA
enter the recovery
only to wipe cache and dalvik (optional, I do not)
install the complete package downloaded via OTA
Method 2:
Download the complete package over the air and go on to install update
let install automatically for you
Method 3:
Download only incremental updates
for that you need to donate 30 CNY for the team to release the feature on the device directly
But you can do this update without donation
just go on the site and click below build itself where it is written (upgrade: OTA to MK ...)
there will be the incremental free for you, this will save on your data package or in your spare time.

- When I finished installing ROM, then I rebooted the system and when loading bootanimation appeared a few seconds later bootanimation stopped temporarily, then continued again but not directly booting into the mobile device setup will freeze and must reboot first by long pressing the power button
- when I want to set it in the setup wizard, in the check for updates it will force close

Small ui bug
Hi,
There's a small bug, when the status bar is pulled down, and you have VPN running, the settings button is hardly clickable. The VPN bar indicating a connection, moves the settings button offscreen.
My workaround was to remove all the tiles on the second screen. This bring the settings button back.

same problem here,i check my phone in accubattery and there is no deepsleep
I found solution to deep sleep issue. Its because of one app that I installed. When I uninstalled that app phone goes to deep sleep smoothly.
My phone did hang two time in two days. Couldn't get time to get log as I was at job place.

Everything works except Ambient display option in setting/lock screen (Can be turned on from Cr droid settings). Tons of customisation and every option there works.
Multy tasking is smooth and app switching is good. Device is certified and safety net passed.
Only issue is battery backup. It's not good and charging also takes a lot of time. (Said 4 hrs to full charge at ~60% and took nearly same time). Magisk module might help.
Tested on olivelite.

It actually took that long. Another user too faced same issue. Copying this app to vendor/overlay and reboot fixed it. This time it took 3 hrs from 21% to 88%.
really wanting to try it after accidentally 1/3 system brick my olive xiaomi.eu MIUI OS9 just now, are there any special notes we should know before installing? like we need to flash a higher OS firmware (10? 11?) before trying?
so the way to flash it correctly is

> recovery
> install rom (gapps)

> wipe dalvik
profit
WARNING for newer OS never flash magisk, install the apk and let it figure itself there...
android 11 must be very finicky if the good old ways wont work. ive tried crdroid OS6 a long time ago on my S6 and liked it more than CM/LOS OS6, hopefully ill like this more than MIUI OS9
i also wonder about the battery charging stats. normally on my phone it charges from 0 > 100% in around 3 hours in lock screen state. thats me manually killing off every service just to check my batterys capacity/health is still normal. how can it charge from 20 > 90 in 3 hours?

Thanks for the hard work @adazem009.

Too bad, because the rom is very fluid and stable on Ze550kl Z00l.

Hi @adazem009.
The camera is now working.
Unfortunately there is always the problem of audio and speakerphone during calls.
It is a pity that this problem cannot be solved, it would be a great Rom.
Anyway great job and thank you very much

This ROM is great and so snappy, smooth like never before. This was an unedited footage using ScreenCam with 60 FPS. Unfortunately using the built-in Screen Recorder and with Audio Internal recording make the System UI not responding (at least on z00l 08/14/2021 build) and always pop-up again when you click Wait, by Closing the System UI I get the control back again, but l was throw back at the lock screen and the recording not saved.
If you kinda person that like to move your User App to System App like me to free up some space, I've got good news and I just found it. I try to move app to /system/priv-app folder, or /system/product/priv-app folder will resulting my device to bootloop, but I didn't try yet move app to /system/app. By removing the moved app to those 2 wrong folders I can get the bootloop away using TWRP File Manager. The right folder to not make your device bootloop is on /system/product/app. I don't know the exact reason, but that will make your phone boot normally when you move your User App to that folder. No need to change the permissions of each individual items, just move the App's folder you want right away to /system/product/app folder. I use the Xplore app to move the app, I guess you can also try using the TWRP File Manager.
Maybe that's all, thanks to @adazem009 for the great ROM.

You should never move apps to priv-app, I think that will give them more privileges.

Hi @adazem009 I found a bug it's like Data Cellular leakage. I didn't buy a Mobile Plan and not turning on the Mobile Data whatsoever because I've WiFi at home. From day to day my balence goes down by a bit. Can you take a look how many messages below screenshot said "Sisa pulsa kamu continued with the balance left in Rp currency" that's roughly translate to "Your balance left in real world money currency in that SIM card (like Dollar $ currency)"
View attachment 5399209
At first I guess this not a big of a deal, but it's really a big problem till my basically run out and not even Rp 1 is left, fortunately that time I only put Rp 12.000 there (or equivalent to $0,80). I hope you can fix this bug on the September Security Patch update. Thanks.

It's possible that WiFi turns off to save power when you turn off the screen, but I'm not sure. Disabling cellular data should fix it.

I guess not, I always get this phone plugged into the wall all the time when it's turned on. Anyways I always used this phone like watching YouTube, Video Conference for 8hrs+ straight and never turned off the screen. Before I sleep at night, I powered off the phone
Edit: I guess this happen when the phone start-up because I'm getting the message again every start-up

Hi everyone. I have this old phone that I want to upgrade. It says it is z00ld but I am not seeing one from this section. Is it the same with the z00l variant? Thank you.

Yes, you can use the Z00L variant for Z00LD. It's what I'm using too.

Morevoer,if flashing through TWRP is possible, is it needed to flash the latest Global firmware? (V13.0.6.0.SLMMIXM)
thanks for the effort u have made to improve this rom, is 66w quick charge available in this room?
Been using the plus edition for a couple of days and it's great so far. Obviously not full of features as it's the first official build, but I'm yet to encounter any annoying bugs. The only bug I've seen so far is the battery usage menu getting laggy at times (when you change an app from 'optimised' to 'restricted'), nothing bad as it always goes away though. Great first build.
Finally, i have been waiting for Official PE on my Munch... Thanks for your efforts
Thank you pixel experience team.
I successfully installed the rom today.
The issues I am facing
1. Phone over heating
2. Charge drain really fast
3. Auto brightness working slow when outdoor
4. No 5g support

Fresh install? The overheating and auto brightness issues sound strange, I haven't experienced those issues yet. The battery does drain pretty fast though. And 5G support is just enabled from the settings.

Very good build, actualy. All work fine, need some cosmetic things, like a screen attention, adaptive sound and wide color gamut - P3 and sRGB. And fix battery drain)

OK. As usual, no one can answer a simple question, so I tried it myself. You can leave TWRP from SKKK without any problem. You do not need to flash Pixel Experience Recovery for the system to work, as well as all phone functions. You need to do everything that is in the instructions on the Pixel Experience website, except for the "Booting a custom recovery using fastboot" step. In TWRP you need to click Fromat Data (type yes), reboot to recovery, copy the Pixel Experience ZIP system and flash in TWRP. After flashing !!!DO NOT REBOOT TO SYSTEM!!! You need to go back to TWRP main menu and in ADVANCED options look for Flash current TWRP option. Do that - otherwise Pixel Experience Recovery will overwrite TWRP. Then there is the option to look for TWRP from SKKK (mirrors are on sourceforge. The latest version is twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.2_A13-munch-skkk). NoGravityKernel works flawlessly with Pixel Experience. First I flashed the kernel, then also Magisk - no need for Safetynet Fix - the system is certified. All you have to do is hide apps from Google and apps that detect root, such as banking apps or the McDonald's app. Even Viper4Android works. First you flash the Audio Modification Library and then the Viper4AndroidRepackaged module from programminghoch10 on GitHub.
To the author of the system: Anyway, thanks for this great system. It will be with me for a long time, if not forever.
