Hi Harsh,
I have come back on XDA after long time. so not sure on the procedure to install. I am on stock Android 9 rom and stock recovery. Do I need to first install the Recovery - I used to use TWRP recovery to install roms on my other phones. (Not done that in last 2 years).
So if I am not mistaken - the installatioin steps will be
1. Install the TWRP Recovery
2. Download latest build
3. Copy the rom to internal disk
4. Reboot to TWRP
5. Install the rom
6. Clean the file system and cache
7. Reboot.
let me know if I am incorrect above.

5. Go to Wipe>Advance Wipe
6. Select Delvic, cache, system, data, vendor and wipe them.
7. Flash the rom u would like.
8. And reboot. Done!!
It's different than the screenshots , it looks like stock android 12
When streaming, it gets quite hot, more than usual. It's up to 53°C on CPU than become laggy

Gonna Flash This Weekend
I have read the Clean Flash Tutorial & have 2 questions
- Boot to Recovery
(here mean my current TWRP or the Stock Recovery)
- Flash TWRP as recovery Ramdisk
(We need to flash the Rom Build first, and then Flash the TWRP.img later right?
Please share with me the best TWRP working good with Alioth and Elixer ROM
my current TWRP version is: TWRP 3.5.1_10-Nerbrassy

That twrp you are using is old. Use official twrp instead. You can get it here: https://twrp.me/xiaomi/xiaomipocof3.html
Just boot into this recovery. Flash the rom and make sure "Automatically reflash TWRP after flashing a ROM" is checked. Then reboot to recovery and format data. Now you can reboot to system.

But I wonder Google Photos have not display the unlimited backup in Backup Setting like Pixel devices, is the ROM have this Backup unlimited features

It depends on the device, not the ROM. Unlimited storage was only available on certain Pixel devices. Any other platform counts towards your Google Account storage, regardless of quality.
The original Pixel is the only device that gets unlimited Original Quality backups.

I'd recommend a clean flash in general, but especially so in this case because you're going from Android 11 to Android 12.

How do I enter recovery mode in ppui 4.1? I cant enter recovery mode
Well as a gamer I tried this rom on my realme7 rmx2151 (A10 ver a.91). The bgmi/pubg shows supported smooth+90fps graphics as default. But why it's lag as hell. Like 20-30fps device.
Well I haven't updated device from A10 to A11 and directly flashed this rom.

Internal Storage and yes tried at two times on adm and 1 time on idm.

Thanks. I was able to flash the rom. Its super smooth though there are few bugs that I found but it's no big deal.

I skipped the part where you will flash the miui vendor since i'm using stock MIUI Global (12.5.7).
2nd day im using this rom . its touch sensitivity is smooth and the connection is good. but its always heating
no file issue when download ROM for redmi note 9, dev should fix this since it is hassle just to download ROM itself
Update : mod decided to ban me from telegram project elixir official group because I am asking about no file issue on the group, for me it's red flag if the mod itself banned because of their own issue, will use another ROM instead.

ROM works great but I can't seem to add more than 1 Google account.
Sometimes you can't unlock the screen with face/finger and you need to restart the device.
Edit: everything works fine now
You don't need gapps. You want to build ROM without gapps
Notifications when lowering down works with strong jerks, it's annoying, but otherwise the rom is excellent

be careful when install magisk modules, it's may break anything
screens turn blank when after some time like an hour. pretty unstable for me but good performance
