This is the oddest thing, and I've never seen in before. When someone tries to call add me to a call (making it a 3 way conference call), I'm either muted, or they can't connect at all. Anyone else seem to have this issue?
Yes I have the same issue, I was also getting dropped calls with Wifi calling enabled so I disabled that. I am on MetroPCS in the US and I think there is a bug tracker for this on the Google issues board.

For some reason when I answer a call the phone automatically mutes my voice, yet does not show it's muted on the handset, I can hear the other person clear as day.
Is this a known problem and are there any solutions?
Anyone know of any issues with this or fixs?
No-one??? can help?
Does the problem also present itself when you call someone?
For some reason, whenever I get a call from an "Unknown" number the phone does not ring, it only vibrates. Consequently, if the phone is sitting on the table I rarely hear these calls come in. Most often, it is my brother calling from work where they have a VoIP system that does not transmit caller ID. What is causing this and what can I do to fix it? Anyone else have this issue?
Nobody else has this problem with their incoming calls?
Ive had that issue before and the only way I know to fix it is a hard reset
Just started to have this weird problem yesterday.
When I receive a call from someone the call lasts 10 seconds and then drops out.
If i am the person making the call its fine no dropping.
Is this T-Mobile problem? or an app problem?
anyone having this issue?
WIFI calling is OFF
I've noticed recently that when answering a call I don't hear anything and the caller doesn't hear me for at least 5 seconds. That's long enough for the caller to hang up and call again, at which point the delay is only 1 or 2 seconds before all audio starts working. I've tried clearing the Phone app data, but that didn't help. I don't think it's the mic because OK Google works immediately. It's only happening on phone calls.
I'm running 8.1 DP1, so of course Google support won't help me.

I had the same issue until I turned off Wifi calling.
Went away after that.
Kind of sucks but I manually turn it on in bad reception areas, you know Tier 3 DCs.
I checked, but wifi calling wasn't enabled. I enabled and disabled. Stab in the dark. Now to wait for someone to call me
This would happen to me on the original XL. It would take a few seconds after picking up the call for Wifi calling to kick in. Turning Wifi calling off should solve the issue.
Wifi calling was not enabled on the phone. Still getting the delay. I wonder if there's a setting with T-Mobile on the carrier side that's causing this.
Anyone else have this issue or know of a potential fix. Other people frequently can't hear me when on a cell call and calls are sometimes dropped completely. I have network service during this time and can hear the other person just fine, and other phones have worked fine with the same service, so it seems like there's something up with the phone itself. I made sure the OK Google listening was disabled (some people reported that was causing their issue) and deleted the cache, but am still having the issue. Any other ideas?
