Lenovo p2 bricked - Lenovo P2 Questions & Answers

It happened earlier this year. I was using [ROM] [11] Unofficial MSM Xtended XR Release v5 [R| Kuntao and I didn't have fingerprint gestures or something like that and the phone was decrypted so I stupidly decided to encrypt it and kept it plugged in the charger.
an hour later I went to check back the phone is not booting. I tried to check if my phone is ever detected on PC so I can revive it if possible but it gives me the error "usb device not recognized, the last Usb device you connected is malfunctioned..." and I don't get the Qualcomm HS-USB detection in device manager. I thought it could be a problem with the usb port because I was facing issues with it when the phone was functional so I went and changed the usb port but still no effect.
I can only boot to fastboot, the os keeps showing the boot up animation only then after a few minutes it goes to twrp and then it bootloops again and again. I tried to boot into edl mode but that doesn't change anything.
does this mean my phone can't be ever revived?

What do you mean by you can't get the driver for Qualcomm 9008 mode?

I have the same problem with my LG. It has red LDI, but I think that's the battery problem. Try to change it.
if you unplug the battery, and put it back in, then hold the up button while plugging in the usb cable, can you get into Qualcom mode? I bricked my phone last week and i was able to get into qualcom mode that way. I then also installed the qualcom drivers and rebooted my pc. I used boarddiag by Willcracker and was able to recover my phone to a boot loop which allowed me to get into Download mode, which I was able to recover the phone back to stock.
Not working for me, still LGE USB Net. When I test point my G3, Windows show notification 'Not recognized'

Device bricked - white LED only flashing when connected to USB cable, no EDL possible

Hi
I need really some good ideas.
My Mi Mix 2 bricked first when I was flashing the global rom via TWRP.
Installation worked out, I choose restart system in TWRP and then the screen got black and nothing happened any more.
At that time device was in EDL mode and was detected by MiFlash.
After some days I solved the "cannot receive hello package" issue and MiFlash started to flash the system (I choose China stable as first recovery).
Unfortunately MiFlash was not successful, I got the "Not enough storage is available to process this command.(0x80070008; Max buffer sector is 256)" failure message and since that the device is more or less fully dead:
no reaction at all on any hard button combinations
no EDL detected
no fastboot
The only reaction I see is the white LED light flashing when connected to a USB cable, but the PC does not recognize the device at all anymore.
Any idea how I can bring back the device to life?
Thnx
no one any idea to support?
How did you solve it man
why don't you try to use deep flashing cable to get edl mode

oneplus 3 doesn't respond at all

I factory reset my device using twrp and then flashed the latest official oxygen os firmware (released in january 2018). Then formatted the data and then wiped everything (ticked every box). then switched off the device. Now i have a completely unresponsive oneplus 3 and most forums I read discuss solutions for oneplus 3's that you can at least get to recovery or fastboot mode. Mine appears to be undetectable to the pc and won't switch on to fastboot or recovery mode it just won't do anyhting. pls help me at least get it to recovery or fastboot mode. thxhttps://forum.xda-cdn.com/images/icons/icon9.gif
when plugged into the pc nothing shows but it does make the same sound as when a usb is plugged in so i'm guessing it can be detected. where do I go from there?

Does the battery have charge? Charge it for a couple of hours and then try.

Bricked my LGG3

Hello everyone,
so here's my problem:
Wednesday morning i took my phone out of my pocket and had a blackscreen. I tried to restart it and took out the batterie but i always got stuck in the LG Logo or a bootloop. Since i had TWRP and lineage OS installed, i tried to go into the twrp menu with the factory mode (power button + volume down) but after the "double yes" i always got a blackscreen.
So i went into the internet to fix it myself. I tried the "LG Flash Tool 2014" with the kdz. reset & the other Flash tool with the tot. reset. Both didnt recognize my phone. At this point, the only thing that worked was the download mode BUT not the recovery mode that usually comes after it. It just showed the download mode for some seconds and then a black screen. Later i noticed that my phone showed as a "qualcomm device" in the device manager, and the internet said that this was bad. So i used "Board diag" and "Smart boot diag" to fix it, but at the point where the device should have restarted, and the download mode should have worked WITH the recovery mode, i always ONLY had the 6 second download mode. After messing a bit with "Board Diag" i even got it to show up as LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port in the device manager, which apparently was even more bad and only way to go back to qualcomm was to shorten the pins which i did. And it worked BUT now i was back with the qualcomm stuff.
So as you can see, i've prety much run i circles since wednesday... Iam now at a point where 3 different thingscan happen when I try to put my LG into download mode (volume up + usb cable):
1. Its recognized as a unknown device which is constantly connecting and diconnecting, so iam assuming my phone is bootlooping with a black screen.
2. The download mode icon shows on my phone and disappears after some seconds but my pc fails to recognize it.
3. Nothing happens and the screen stays black
When i only connect the usb cable, it shows a stuck charging icon for some seconds and then goes black. Connecting without a battery shows the "missing battery icon". I tried with 2 pc's, both having the LG mobile driver 4.2 and the qualcomm driver installed AND beeing in testmode. Both don't recognize the device. I also tried 2 batteries on my phone but it changes nothing.
I have a D855. And i know that my situation is pretty f*cked but maybe someone i able to help me anyway. Thanks alot.

D850 Access to TWRP for a 2-3 minutes before crash; Boot Loop into System

I was using Lineage 14.1, recently wanted to change, about a week ago. I booted into TWRP 3.0.2. I wiped the entire system and data, as I flash from my regular microSD card.
I flashed Fulmics 8.0. I didn't like it as much. Erased and flashed crDroid 8.1. Didn't play well with the open gapps I had. Tried to flash Lineage 15.1. Required upgrade to TWRP 3.2.0, did so. Flashed Lineage 15.1. Tried to boot. Phone died mid-boot. Wouldn't turn on even plugged into AC adapter.
Took battery out for 24 hours. Tried to boot. Boots into TWRP 3.2.0 for maybe a couple minutes, then shuts off. Battery says 90% charged. I've left the battery out longer and longer, and it seems to buy me an extra 30 seconds or so each time before it shuts down. If trying to boot into the system, it's a bootloop. Will boot into TWRP on regular basis.
I looked into going back to stock with hyelton's guide on XDA but PC detects phone as "LGE composite serial USB", no port com40, and again, I only have a couple minutes of screen-on time. I can boot into download mode just fine, but it shows "downloading 0%" even though I'm not downloading anything? Is that normal?
When I switched from TWRP 2.x.x version to TWRP 3.0.2 6 months ago, I started getting the "secure booting error: code 1003" writing in the top left corner whenever I booted, if that's important or not. But it never seemed a problem before at all, booted fine every time. I have successfully downgraded from TWRP 3.2.0 to 3.0.2 in hopes that would help. I have also successfully last flashed Fulmics 6.6 (previously worked on my phone months ago), but it will only bootloop into system.
Phone shuts down regardless of being plugged in to USB computer or USB ac adapter. Phone shows battery with question mark when plugged into PC/ac adapter with no battery. Phone bootloops when plugged into PC/ac adapter with battery.
I'd like to know what options I have and what have I done to my poor LG G3. Most of my research has led me to "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 mode" fixes and the aforementioned going back to stock method.
