Weird to find no one talking about it, it actually broke my Google pay, coz it says I'm rooted or running uncertified software when I turned on NFC, while everything else seems to work just fine. And all the bugs in beta 2 seem to be fixed. Security patch on Nov 2021 though.
I don't think its stable, I see nothing on Google about this update, they might've accidentally released the Beta 3 without giving it the Beta 3 name, there are still many bugs that originally came with beta 1, which is why I'm assuming it's a Beta and not the stable release.

Why would it be a ColorOS boot animation? I'm saying this is the 3rd beta and not Stable release,
In Oxygen OS 11 I had LTE/LTE+, same with OOS 10, 9, 5, 4, and 3. I am in the U.S. however.
It's the most stable beta yet, I haven't noticed any instabilities.
I agree 100%.
Can someone pull the boot.img and vbmeta images or would the boot.img from OB2 work? @saisid16

I would assume it won't work, because the boot.img from beta 1 did not work for beta 2. Since there is no news, and Oxygen Updater doesn't acknowledge this update exists I doubt anyone has the update zip.

Ob1 boot image worked for me since OB2 was an incremental update. There was no full release zip so no one could pull the boot img since payload dumper doesn't work for incremental otas.

I saw some people say their phone didn't work, I found a version of payload dumper that extracted the .img files from incremental otas but Magisk Manager said the boot.img was corrupted or boot.img was invalid, something like that.

Hmm, it worked for me. But I don't really wanna take that risk again if someone can pull the boot from this update and I'll be willing to try it out. Have the t-mobile variant so me using msm would mean back to stock, locked bl, then have to unlock, convert, etc all over again. It's weird cause C36 COS was just released last week.

I fail to understand your point? In OOS 11 it was 5G/4G/3G/2G, but in the status bar I saw LTE/LTE+ or 5G/5G+/5G UW (Cause I have Verizon).
Now in OOS 12 it's the same 5G/4G/3G/2G but in the Status bar I only see 4G/4G+ or 5G/5G+/5G UW, OOS going to the ColorOS code based changed the icon.

You need the June firmware/vendor, don't know what happens if you don't. I just know its enough of a difference that TWRP works with march blobs but not with June blobs.
Absolutely awesome thank you OP

Looks like stock, just less bloatware. Google apps like gmail and chrome also aren't included. Not a big deal just pointing it out.
So I tried to root this thin using the @PBandJ method. But instead of grabbing the stock boot.img and patching that through Magisk, I grabbed this ROM's boot.img and did the same thing. I was able to flash the .img and reboot with no problem...but Magisk still shows that it isn't installed and I am not rooted. Not sure what's wrong here?

Those root threads are for stock.
Since this is a custom ROM the boot image is probably already modified to accept Magisk modifications or it is already rooted. So, did you try just a direct install from the Magisk manager app?
Choosing < Direct Install (recommend) > without any fastboot flashing or or any other actions?

I downloaded the Magisk manager and the only option to install Magisk is the .zip...but I'm not sure how to install a zip without TWRP. I would usually use an app but since I'm not rooted I can't.

Right. I know what I'm doing and I've been around Android since like 2010, but this just isn't working. I haven't gotten the nerve to actually fastboot flash the zip file for Magisk yet.

On more question. Did you have the have the Edge Sense module installed prior to flashing the ROM?

Very slow boot on this build
Boot logo is a bit weird, OnePlus logo bleeding from white to red and alternating

Tried on my OP9 last night. Before reading it's not for NA. Even patched magisk after OTA. found out the hard way. Luckily T-Mobile msm came in handy lol.
for going back to A11 issues, just flash manually or run script in *fastbootd to flash both slots a/b (via from payload_dumper) with your latest variant zip.
Oneplus phones make it so easy...
flash 9 simple images
boot a/b
system a/b
system_ext a/b
odm a/b
product a/b
vbmeta a/b
vbmeta_system a/b
vendor a/b
dtbo a/b
most likely one of slots won't flash; ignore
fastboot - w
boot up
*fastbootd (fastboot reboot fastboot)
if not able to boot up in fastbootd, flash recovery img (from payload) in Bootloader.
On Android 11 OOS, clicking on any notification from Notification drawer takes around a second to open the app. For example, if you click on Gmail notification, it takes around a second to open Gmail app. Can anyone confirm if that is fixed on Android 12 OOS Beta?
Dude, it's a first developer preview, there won't be any "fixes"
Developer Preview is like a proof of concept and for app developers to test their apps on different phones on the new OS version.
When OxygenOS12 reaches the betas is when OnePlus will start working on features, fixes, etc.
So no one managed to install this preview on the OP 9 pro ?
It was a 100% miss?

There are various reasons which should not be discussed here but let me just say no 5G in India yet definitely plays a role as the builds don’t have to be certified separately with carriers if that makes sense.
Appropriately, NA = Not Available!

NA stands for the Global devices (LE2125) with build tag LE15AA sold outside the below regions.
LE2123: EU is the European Version (Build Tag BA)
LE2121: IN is the India Version (Build Tag DA, generally the first to receive the update)
Chinese units (LE2120) run ColourOS out of the box.
LE2127 units are T-Mobile units running LE5ACB builds and will be the last to receive the update.
Hope this clarifies all the confusion
Could someone grab the package before it gets deleted from their phone?

I go into magisk and choose the uninstall/restore images option.
Let system update download and install. Once it's done, I do not reboot.
I go into magisk and install to both the active and inactive slots (this works because until you reboot, you're still loaded into the OS with root).

After this update, i noted no real changes on the connectivity, still low signal, still some lags and stutter when scrolling, the camera i don't know i don't use it that much, and also still got the dead spot on touch near at the bottom ledt corner or right where the enter and the ?123buttons are on keyboard, some times i need to push 3 or 4 times for it to work, on the keyboard or even to launch an app or when using an app
BA-Version is now offered via Oxygen updater

Hi, I'm going to try Xiaomi.eu on my 12X, is it better to stay on stable or weekly? I see a new stable, weekly builds seems to be 1 month old.. I won't use TWRP but I will use fastboot method. Thanks!

Stable because:
Due to beta process adjustments on Xiaomi's side, we will stop releasing "old" Weekly ROMs (22.10.26 is the last "old" Weekly release). Next updates will be based on "new" Weekly releases (like V13.1.22.10.26.DEV) and may include an Android 13 upgrade in near future and new devices.
Only the old versions are in Fastboot.zip, the latest is in ZIP only.

Thanks a lot, I'm waiting 168 hours now I have a silly question, is there a way to use round icons in launcher in xiaomi.eu? I can't find it anywhere in normal MIUI while I had it in my Poco X4 GT with Poco Launcher. It's such a basic feature..

Is it possibile that I don't have it in the themes app? I only see wallpapers, sounds but if I click on icons I don't have the option to select the icon pack, just the basic one and the "no limits"

Xiaomi Eu rom uses the Chinese store.
the sections are:
Themes/Wallpapers/Dynamic Wallpapers/Ringtones/Fonts/AOD/Icons.
And you also have the possibility to import themes (MTZ).

That's why. I'll wait for the unlock and then I'll flash Xiaomi.eu then, thanks!
We don't recommend installing this on your main device, and especially if you're not familiar with development or alpha/beta testing. There are quite a few known issues right off the bat:

Developer Preview 1
WLAN malfunctions in certain scenarios
Connection fails when casting to a TV display
Red screen is seen when switching from Guest mode to Owner mode in certain scenarios
Manual connection fails after the phone is disconnected from the tablet
WeChat calls may not ring with Bluetooth headsets
Red screen flashes when creating a new calendar
Screen freezes when taking picture with the front camera in WhatsApp
Which devices support the preview?
OnePlus 11 (all variants except carrier-branded e.g. TMO/VZW)
Where can I get the preview? Before installing, be aware that installing a developer preview carries a risk of bricking your phone. Make sure you know what you're doing, and backup your files/media before proceeding. Also ensure your battery level is at least 30% and you have at least 5GB space left on your device.
Refer to the forum threads for more information:
OnePlus 11:
Developer Preview 1
Can I revert to the stable version of OxygenOS?Yes, please read the forum thread of your device as linked above for detailed instructions. Rolling back will completely wipe all your data, so please take a backup before proceeding.
Below is the rollback/downgrade packages for the OnePlus 11. Make sure you choose the correct rollback package for your device and region. We are providing these links purely for your convenience, as rolling back isn't natively supported by our app. After downloading the correct rollback package, move the file from the "Downloads" directory to the topmost directory of internal storage (the same directory that the "Downloads" folder is in). You may also have to rename ".jar" to ".zip".
Then, open Settings -> About device -> Version and tap "Build number" 7 times. This will enable Android's built-in "developer mode" (you might have to enter your phone's PIN/password too). Once this is done, "Local upgrade" will once again be visible in Settings -> About device -> Software update -> top-right button. It it doesn't show up, download & install OPLocalUpdate_For_Android13.apk, and use that to install updates locally.
Rollback packagesThe following packages will rollback your device to Android 13, and will wipe all your data. Note that these rollback ZIPs will take you back to A.09 even though the latest OOS13 stable version at the time of writing is A.10. These are not the packages you should download if you're looking to update to Android 14/U.
OnePlus 11 / Rollback packages :
OnePlus 11 NA Version (A.09)
OnePlus 11 IN Version (A.09)
OnePlus 11 EU Version (A.09)
OnePlus 11 GLO Version (A.09)

Rollback packages can be very helpful to convert CN Modele to IN, EU or GLO and also to be flashed to solve softbrick devices.

do you think flashing 2449glo on my 2451 would change it to a 2449glo? or is it just the reverts that work like that?

The rollback packages are very fresh, so untill someone try, it is difficult to say.
But theoretically it could work. At least with 2551 you will be able to get full OTA updates

exactly what I was thinking lololol
In the meantime... here's CPH2451 A14 Stock and Magisk Patched init_boots
@Steve0007
Could you please rename the topic to something more understandable and manageable?
E.g. "Android 14 beta 1 (DP) for OnePlus 11"
I don't understand why you called it "Google 14" - it just makes no sense.
Thanks.
Hey finally I can convert my phone back to the US firmware.
My OP 11 is stucked/rebooting in fastboot mode after flashed 14 beta EU. Booting to black screen. Can reboot to fastboot mode.
Tried to repaired via Fastboot Enhance and roll back package with no success.. I have to ignore some partinations. Any solutions?

Steve0007Welp... I can confirm.
The downgrade for CPH2449 GLO for my CPH2451 US boots.
Tested: calls, texts, wifi, camera, bluetooth, etc... all work fine.
About to root, and then upgraded to A.10

Most probably yes if you want to go back to Color os. There is already an Android 14 DP 1 available.

Sorry for not making myself clear, I mean, downloading the apk from the forum and take it to a CN color os device and forcefully "downgrade" it to the 13 ROM - could it be even possible?
Or forcefully for to DP1 NA first and then, down?
