Question How can i see total working time of phone? - Samsung Galaxy A22 4G

I wanna buy this phone, but i need to know how many hours was it active. how can i do that?
Is there a secret code to check that fast. I mean the total time that cant be reset with factory reset...

Hello. Look at the official website. There should be a corresponding ussd request.

Amazon is selling this phone for cheap. You can also consult information from google. The reviews about them are quite objective.

Have I made the right choice?

Hi everyone,
I have just bought a BA (XDA IIs) off eBay (item number 6401231780).
Do you think have made the right choice?
and how do I get the O2 crap off my phone when I get it?
Cheers
Rich
Your choice can be view below..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?p=120831#120831
seems a good price!!!!! you can use a corporate mode when installing the pda, need to enter a for digit code i have forgotten what it is but can be easily found on this forum. you will however get an o2 start up picture but thats only when you do a reset. i haven't bothered to find out if this can be changed as it doesn't bother me.
thinking about it thats a really good price i hope your not the seller trying to promote yourself.
depends on how much u paid for it, and what condition its in, and if it works. i havent checked the item on ebay cos im on my xda2s now, and dont have time. but if its genuine, then u have made the right choice.
to get the o2stuff off do hard reset and select corporate when prompted. i dont know the code, but if u do a search of these forums u find the code.
and if u are on o2 then doin the corporate thing will still install internet settings.
Hi,
Cheers for all the replies.
The seller has over 1000 positive feedbacks, with only one bad one over 2yrs ago.
It's all genuine (I hope) and am getting it next week.
Thanks for the information on the o2 stuff.
One more question, how easy is the keyboard to type on?
Cheers
Rich
PS - I'm not the seller, lol

If you can't get into corporate mode (I didn't), follow this tip:

Stops the O2 rubbish starting up, and you just get the normal Windows interface...my XDA IIs became MUCH more stable after doing this.

you want to sell your phone as new or what
This is one thing I like about these type of phones you can't hide this info. This is like buying a car with full service history Simple answer to you question though no.
I thought a hard reset took everything back to the original factory settings including this timer?
NO, the timer is hardware related. The information isn't in the ROM. So a hard reset won't take it away.
At least, not with any software. (you could make a rom that hides this info, but it wouldn't actually reset it).
These is a way to do this actually. It was discussed a while back in the Kaiser section, so take on the search facility there...
its not to sell the phone as new. i was giving a try of the tmobile service, and saw that it's not for me. when i spoke with the people at the dealership, they told me i would just pay for what i use if i return th ephone. looking at their return policy online though, it looks like they might charge me $125 because i used more than 30 mins on the phone.
just to avoid any hassles, i wanted to reset it
i was reading how to do it for a kaiser but wasnt sure if that would work for the rhodium, and didn't want to eff up a phone that i'm sending back.

do u guys know another site ? i just got email saying this
Hi there!
We apologize for the delay as the initial database has returned the results as negative. We are currently trying an alternative database for you.
Please do not worry, if we cannot retrieve an unlock code for your device you will be refunded 100%. Please allow us some time to try the alternative databases for your device (Normally within 48 hours we will have results).
Our automated system will email you right away once it is ready. In the meantime you can double check your IMEI number by pressing *#06# on your phone to make sure it correctly submitted.
Once again we apologies for the delay.
If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
i need phone unlock so i can use my phone
It won't work on T-Mobile anyways.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
did you end up getting the code from Cellunlocker.net?
I get most of my codes through them and majority of the times it works okay. I think they delayed message means they are just trying an alternative method to get your code.
Awful experience with cellunlocker.net
Be carefull with Cellunlocker.net, they didn't comply with the refund policies.
I bought two codes with them, OrderID::xx4024 and OrderID::xx2763 and at the end the codes didn't work.
They start to send me some instructions to make the codes work but with no success.
Sometimes it seems like the person who answered my emails didn't know anything about my orders. They get me tired sending me the same instructions time after time and asking me for some videos with a "REFUND INSTRUCTIONS" as email header.
Once I realized we were going to nowhere I asked them for my money back as its refund policy in their website, I received nothing. I didn't receive an email with the reason to don't refund me.
I'm very disapointed with cellunlocker.net, they have attended a lot of people but my experience started very well but at the end it was completely awful.
My experience with Cellunlocker.net along with my friends was great so far they gave me refunds where necessary and a working code on other attempts
Surprising to see this thread actually. wow. Sorry to hear about it!
I do know of another site that I know works well which is cellphoneunlock.net
You can give them a try, someone unlocked their phone at that site without any hassle.
Good luck to you all

Can my phone be rooted? ARROWS 201F, FUJITSU

Can anybody tell me if this phone is capable of being unlocked? IF possible, please post a guide? I'm a new user to the forum, so I can't drop you a link. But they have the guide on softbank's English website. I think it's the best phone stupid softbank offers.
Always wanted a rooted phone. Please, help me out with this?
:cyclops:
As for unlocking your phone their are third party sites that can help with that, usually the unlocking process is just a simple code entered after inserting a foreign sim card, which will SIM unlock your phone. As for root you can check this link in XDA fourm
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2333055
if i helped you in any way, throw a thanks my way !
Follow-up request
I got a newer model: 301F.
Listen, this gives me hope, but I'm a total beginner at this stuff. What kind of third-party site helps with that? Could you send me some sample links that might work with my phone? Because it's really my dream to unlock my phone, man, and get sudo access--root it, ideally.
This is really cool. Thanks so much for writing. But I'm really hoping for something a wintard can figure out.
About the thread: it's for the F-X02, right? It's a slightly different model. It's also a different provider. I thought: "Maybe a custom ROM or rooting method needs to be made per each phone?" I'm not sure.
Thanks, again. Please, follow-up.

Your milage may vary, but you can check Ebay for unlock codes (they go for like 2 dollars or something) really cheap, so far i have unlocked 3 phones using this method, which is a sim unlock and works perfectly fine. If they cannot find a sim unlock code for you then they refund you your 2-3 bucks whatever it costs (still cheap) i would suggest you try this with an un-activated (or activated sim card) doesn't make much of a difference. you can literally just walk into any atnt store or (whatever provider you want unlocked) and ask for a empty sim let them know you want to unlock your phone to be on their service and they will be more than happy to just give u one ! By the way the unlock instructions are emailed to you when you order a code, they will ask for the proper IMEI number and what not, all of this is in their directions. Let me know how it goes

Question gmail and password from previous owner needed - Help

Got an ex review Galaxy fold 4 which had not been wiped before I was given it. I factory resetted it, but it needs the gmail and gmail password from the previous owner... is there any way to byoass this or will it simply be easier to chase up the previous owner?

first who knows how you have got the device? You really new owner or what someone trying to hack into hte device. Kindly reach out the old owner. or do your own research.
Let's be reasonable. Telling us you need the account info from the previous owner is a HUGE red flag. That means is was never factory reset when it was...sold/given/stolen to/by...you. So do understand we are not a community that will assist anyone with a stolen device.
That said, methuselah is correct. You should research the issue instead of asking for help via a vague post. You COULD take it to your carrier's store and have them assist you. Honestly, that's the best route. Take the proof of purchase with you to show it's not stolen.
Good luck.
Of course. That is totally reasonable, For background, I am a reviewer and Samsung's local PR firm forgot to reset the phone before couriering it to me (which is incredibly frustrating). I have reached out to their PR team, but it is taking forever to get this resolved Meanwhile I have a shiny galaxy fold 4 sitting there that is unusable
there are ways but FBI would raid me if I tell u...
nice try tho
I'm sending it back to Samsung to be swapped out for a fresh review sample...

That's FRP (factory reset protection). Background: Let's pretend that your mobile device got stolen. The first thing a thief will do is to reset the phone, because without knowing the correct display pattern the device is pretty useless (and it's very hard to sold in that state ). Since the settings menu is also unreachable with a locked display the thief is forced to reset the phone via recovery mode. This mode must be always accessible by pressing the right key combo in case you are in serious trouble with an unbootable device. Doing it that way, the following setup of the device requires a login to the last active Google account to verify the owner.
This verification step is also required if you do a factory reset in your settings menu. But here the verification is done before you delete everything by entering your display pattern. This will disable FRP for the following reset because you have then verified that this device is yours.
As a reviewer of the phone, you must have contact to a person of Samsung's local PR firm. Talk to her/him and get a new one.
Yes as mentioned above that is exactly what I am doing...
Thanks for the follow up, that all sounds fine. It just helps to give more information.
Yes, if you contacted Sammy and they are replacing it, then you found the best route. Good luck on the review.
Sharing frustration of all ends. Got a refurbished Sammy phone on Amazon, it arrived with someone's pwd on it. I bought it as a backup phone for the office so we discovered it outside the 90 days warranty and could not have sent back. I have the receipt, it is AMAZON selling it, and I have a brick on my desk. Nice, isn't it?

If the phone arrived like that from Amazon, return to Amazon ASAP
