I'm afraid the Galaxy Wonder does not have such hardware capability to host external devices via USB so no, you won't be able to control your DSLR with your phone.
Can someone with 5210 and KitKat who uses Chromecast say if screen mirroring is now able or is it the hardware rather than the firmware which is the problem?

Not sure to understand very well, But Samsung Screen Mirroring can replace Chromecast I think

I hope cm12.1 is work ,but it's not working with my sony bravia 49"
