Hi, I want to install harmonyOS on my MatepadPro MRX-W09, but it is global, and It didn't receive the update. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Maybe I can change the location of the firmware and pass it to china firmware, but how?

Matepad Pro 10.8 on the MRX-W09 firmware with latest EMUI installed.
Is there a path to HarmonyOS ?

Otherwise you can just follow the below tutorial link to update the Harmony OS on Huawei Matepad 10.4 BAH3-L09 and most of the other models also work as well. Just try it.
Already Tested on Matepad 10.4.. 100% working!

I live i Norway. Changed in My HUAWEI app to Land/region Germany. Got the update OTA.

Ever since I updated my phone to EMUI 8 I've been regretting it. The stock ROM lacks certain features, also, the way it handles notifications is annoying. I am not able to revert back to EMUI 5.x through dload method. Is there any other way to do it? I tried installing dot, rros, mokee ROMs which ended up in bootloop. If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it a lot.

Try using HiSuite on the PC and press Check Update, then choose "Downgrade to earlier version".
It works on my Huawei Mate 9 Pro with Oreo, should be the same on Honor 8 Pro?

Try using the steps in the link to downgrade to emui 5 and then falsh the desired rom... Hope this helps

It only supports FullOTA, pro-teammt seems to have removed nougat FullOTA for C675. Can I directly flash another region firmware over mine?

You might need to rebrand the phone using the Rebranding guide..
Solved
I rebranded my phone by directly flashing c432 over my indian version using the fullOTA flasher. It booted into "testkeys" version, then I flashed c432 oeminfo from the rebranding/restoring guide using the flash command in TWRP terminal. It worked perfectly. If I can get the fullOTA files and oeminfo for the Indian version I'll have my initial, out of the box, phone.
Emui 8 only for now

I have tried this method, but for EML-L29 C432 the is only one Pie version approved for installation and erecovery downloads a EML-L09 one. Would i lose dualsim when I install this?

When downloading it shows that it is for eml-l09 but I had no problem after installing.

I recently switched from P9 to P20 (L29). Now that Erecovery supports Pie/Emui 9 I want to install Pie with it. According to this german page I have to choose the "correct firmware package". With a quick look into FirmwareFinder I found two similar named and "approved" firmwares but they have different sizes. 3.804 GB vs 3.823 GB. What firmware should I take?

I used the biggest file. No problems.
I want to buy the mate 20X. Since I live in USA can I install android 10 on it? If I .have problems installing it in USA, are there other ways of installing it?
My dad's Hong Kong unit still hasn't received Android 10/EMUI 10 despite changing the region in HiCare to other countries. YMMV.
I have the l29 model in south carolina and am running emui android 10 no problems

GO to support app (new name ) then chnge to china try or EU and check for updates

Don't you also need to use a VPN to connect to a server of said country? Worked for me months ago but not sure if that was down to my vpn or not.

Now that you mentioned that I should try that. I know with my OnePlus I use to do that in order to get updates quicker.

I've hestd about that too. Someone mentioned using a foreign sim. But I think you should use both sim and vpn to ensure the update goes through. Its cat and mouse with huawei. Can't understand how they're the #2 handset maker in the world with all these issues and unnecessary mistakes.
I live in the USA and used the Huawei HiSuite app on my computer to update my Mate 20x to Android 10.

HiSuite never shows any updates on my end. Did you manually point it to a file or did it automatically find and download it?

I automatically installed the latest update. The weird thing is I own two Mate 20X and the other will not update. I can't figure it out. I have tried everything I know to do.

Hi there. I've read online that the Mate 20 x is on the list of devices that can get the EMUI 10.1 beta. So I tried installing the latest Huawei Beta Club apk. However, it fails to install. Any idea why? Or maybe there's a newer method to sign up for the 10.1 Beta?

Hmmm- I remember because I had the Chinese phone, I haad to do it via a Huawei app and forum on the phone... I wonder if it is the same for me again. I will try and find the post because I can't remember the steps

I don't have it. I wanted to upgrade from 10 to 10.1 the same way I upgraded from 9 to 10. And it simply was using the Huawei Beta Club app. You sign in through itm then receive the update. But it isn't wanting to install on EMUI 10. I'm using the right apk file. So I'm out of options.
You have to be on the most recent update before 10.1, I believe it's 10.0.0.195.
I never got the beta app up and running, and now when I try to install it, it won't let me.
I'm still on 10.0.0.184. I just want to get the Beta apk installed.

I had beta application installed from before. It never used to work and I changed the region to Canada after HMS update and got updated to .195 and the beta application start working.
I did switch back to China region but still not 10.1

You can't update it now, not from this beta app. You have to install the Chinese Huawei club app and wait for external beta program. It's not out yet.
The beta is only in China and you have to navigate the club Huawei app. They already closed the registration though so you can't do it even if you wanted unless you have a Chinese 5g model. Just spent the last hour trying but everywhere they say to go doesn't work.

I can't connect via magic suite no matter what I do. File transfer on, USB debugging on, HDB on, restarted the pc after installing honor suite... I'm out of ideas. On My Honor app I can't find a way to do that, seems quite limited.

In the My Honor settings, change the regions, on one of them you will have a warranty and update buttons.

Changing to UK does show up a system update button, but that just goes to settings and says I'm up to date
