built-in webbrowser problem

hi, own a Samsung Galaxy Nexus (2011) previously using Cyanogen11, update the device to Paranoid, there is a problem with the built in browser
1-
didnt hide the addressbar after x seconds
2-
when keyboard opens doesnt push the items up, hmm what I mean, example when Im at facebook and keyboard appears I cant see what I type! on OriginalROM / Cyanogen working by default..

Aosp browser is exactly as it comes from aosp. It isn't changed by us. Also, we are not working on any KitKat issues. KitKat is dead

[Newbie] Change Android 6.0 home screen for car

Hi there,
This is probably a newbie question. I have bought an aftermarket China Android 6.0 car stereo (2 din).
When it's booted up, it starts in a screen with five or 6 buttons for my car, like GPS, Settings, Radio, etc.
But that's not what I want. I want to start up my home screen and add icons and widgets the way I like it.
Does anyone know how to do this? I have tried several apps, but after a reset the device always boots into the default 5-button home screen.

S9 Exynos version weird "notification"

Hi everyone,
After the One UI update I noticed I get a weird icon in the notification bar whenever i launch an app like Instagram, Facebook, or even when i close the Apps Edge bar. It's only there for a fraction of a second so I can't swipe down to see what it is. After multiple attempts I managed to printscreen when it appeared

Not sure why you're getting that, though.

Makes sense I guess. It doesn't show up when I start apps regularly (not using the Edge shortcut)

Question ColorOS Launcher 'shelf'

Hi, I am testing latest A12 firmware (upgraded from A11). Can anyone explain if the left screen (one that is symbolised by little hamburger icon on 2nd screen) can be turned off? I deleted all "stories" from there but remaining elemnts persist and I'd like to get rid of the whole screen/desktop as it's useless for me. TIA.

Hi, just go to Home screen & Lock screen settings and disable Smart assistant

You can't. I have the T-Mobile version updated to Android 12 and OnePlus took away the option to turn that screen off.

[LineageOS 19.1] Screen flicker in some apps + QR scanning features cause the tablet to freeze

I have recently installed LineageOS 19.1 on my Nexus 7 - I've also rooted it, and it has no gapps installed.
The tablet works mostly fine, except for two issues:
- None of the apps that support QR code scanning work. Tried with Wireguard and a couple of QR decoders. As soon as the camera opens to take a picture, the tablet completely freezes.
- Some apps' UI flickers. So far Hacki is the most affected, but other apps also show this behaviour randomly:
