Does anyone have issues logging in to Tik Tok on their Pixel 6 Pro? I can do so successfully on my other devices as well as on my phone's Chrome Browser. Any advice or assistance would be great!

Hi,
I loaded the pixel c release of remixos on my tablet shortly after it was launched. Overall, I'm very impressed with the stability of the device, but I have a couple of issues and I'd like to find out if I'm the only one experiencing this?
I've been mashing the OTA button, but I recently heard that the development of the pixel c remixos has been halted.
My two main problems are :
1. Inability to pair the pixel c Bluetooth keyboard. It says pairing and then just reverts to a ready to pair state after a minute or two. The keyboard worked fine under AOSP 7.0
2. Really flakey wifi connections on 2.4 and 5ghz.
Anyone else experiencing similar issues or have advice on how to fix it?

Remix os is the best ROM for Pixel C, without any comparison.
I really hope that development didn't stop.
1. no problem with bluetooth keyboard
2. Wifi is probably a hardware issue since it is frequently mentioned in forums
I don't recall having WIFI or keyboard issues on the stock ROM.

My bluetooth keyboard disconnects all the time. Remix, works great except for my keyboard disconnecting all the time.

I dont understand what's the advantage remix os better than standard android 7.0? i sold my Samsung tab 4, i have no android device to use, that's why I install remix on my SP3.

This is more of a development question, but only impacts the Pixel, so I apologize if this is the wrong section.
I've been trying to get the Google Nearby Connections sample app to work on my Pixel XL. I run the app on both my PIxel XL and my Nexus 6 and the two apps never communicate. According to the documentation, I just need multicast enabled on my network for this to work, so I also downloaded an app on both devices that sends multicast messages on the local network. When I send the message from my Pixel, the Nexus 6 receives it properly, but if I send from the Nexus 6, the Pixel never receives the message.
I then used Wireshark on my local network when testing the Google Nearby Connections Sample App above. The Nexus 6 shows quite a few mDNS queries when I click the advertise or discover buttons. But the Pixel only shows mDNS queries related to the Chromecasts/Google Home on my network.
So I understand the Pixel supports mDNS of some kind, but is there a limitation I'm missing? OR does anyone have insight as to what's going on?
I'm experiencing similar issues on an app that I wrote where I cannot get a Pixel 2 running Android 8 to receive multicast packets. I see the same issue when I attempt to use this 3rd party multicast test application: net.liveforcode.multicasttester. Sorry can't link because I'm new.
I am not seeing this issue on other Android 8 test devices (Nexus 5x).

I'm having a weird issue trying to cast on my Pixel 2 XL. Although all my other devices can see and cast to all 3 of my chromecasts (1 Chromecast and 2 chromecast audio), my Pixel 2 XL can only cast YouTube. The home app is able to setup a chromecast, but then either tells me it can't discover the device it just configured, or that it doesn't see it, but this should be resolved shortly.
Home app shows no compatible devices.
Settings > Connected devices shows devices.
All other apps will cast to alternate devices (Roku 4, Roku Stick), but no chromecast devices.
I have called and opened a ticket with Chromecast support, who told me I'm all alone with this issue (search results in general would prove this inaccurate).
Does anyone else have this problem? Fix?
Running 8.1, rooted with Magisk 15.1, flash kernel 2.05.

I'm able to cast to all my Chromecasts (2 Chromecasts plus a JBL-connected speaker). Sometimes, if I'm in an app and it's not showing the devices I have to hit refresh and they show up.
I just tested it with Plex. I'm on 8.1 using the ElementalX kernel.

I had to shotgun my Eeros, install another router, and place my Eeros in bridge mode to get this to work correctly.
I've always had problems with my Android devices and the Eeros anyway...
Every once in a while my Chromecast won't show up if I open the app I'm going to cast before I change the TV input(even though the Chromecast is powered up). This is rare and closing and reopening the app always resolves it.
Same issue on Pixel XL (2016)
Did you ever resolve this one? I have exactly the same issue. Most of the time my Pixel XL can't see any of my Chromecasts. Occasionally it can see them and sometimes just a subset of them. My old Nexus 5 however can see them fine every time. The only way I've found to get them visible again on the Pixel is to restart the phone, but even that isn't 100% reliable. Very frustrating...

Hello, got a brand new Redmi Note 6 Pro and it doesn't matter how I connect to the internet via WIFI (DHCP or STATIC) the phone keep loosing the WIFI connection if I open two or more apps at the same time - multimedia apps that load images, or videos for example Youtube + Netflix. Or if WhatsApp runs in background and I open VLC the WIFI disconnects automatically. At this point I don't know what to think if is a hardware issue (bad RAM?) or a software / firmware issue, any ideas? Running the latest MIUI (10.0.4.0).
This forum is for Redmi 6 pro. Redmi note 6 pro is a different device.
