Hi,
I m looking for Lineage OS rom for Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 LTE.
I m not sure what to flash as there seems to be no guidence or online materials for particular this model.
However there seems to be room for WIFI tablet version and I m not sure if LTE will be working.
So far i m experimenting with these builds but lte seems to do not work: https://lineageos.wickenberg.nu/gts28velte
I will try to install wifi version maybe it will be ok without lte

I have seen that there are 2 versions of the Galaxy note 2
version 1. Samsung N7105 Galaxy Note II LTE
version 2 Samsung N7100 Galaxy Note II
Are the roms in the rom section compatible for both versions or ther should be a different forum thread for the Samsung N7105 Galaxy Note II LTE just as there isone for the Galaxy S3 gt-i9305?
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7105 LTE
Are there any roms yet for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7105 LTE ?
There will be when its released in an English speaking country.

I'm kind of hoping the ROMs will be compatible, since I doubt many people will be getting the N7105. I kind of want to, however, since the N7100 won't support 4G in my country.
I'm quite sure that the talented dev in XDA can managed to find a way to easily port ROMs between LTE and non LTE. I was hoping that the only difference is in the modem and not the ROM. Maybe just flashing some lib files can make the difference between the 2.

Singapore launching it from 19 October at all 3 Telcos.

It will be fine, all the US Galaxy S 3's can share almost all the roms/kernels (some better than others) so I don't see why the Note 2 would be much different. Obviously you'll flash different modems but roms/Kernels should cross over np.

Different firmware for the two models, rom for LTE don't available. I wonder for disponibility in Italy.
N7105 samsung galaxy note II LTE
the N7105 samsung galaxy note II LTE does not support the fm radio. there is not any firmware installed to support fm radio.

Seriously, I did not know there were sooo many different variants of the Note II (LTE). After reading on a couple of websites that it had FM Radio I went ahead to purchase the LTE version and only to find out later that it did not have FM Radio enabled in the Singapore version.
Some say there is no hardware built within the phone to support FM Radio but when I called Samsung Singapore helpline (1800-7267864) and voiced my disappointment, over the local market being deprived of a very basic function;
1) First I was told, no FM Radio and to download Radio Application from Google Play the streaming kind that will incur data charges.
2) When I said, why is that overseas LTE model has inbuilt FM Receiver then I was told that Samsung was aware of this issue and that they were working on this situation and perhaps there will be an update soon.
So in other words, it may just have something to do with the ROM and or Kernal and the hardware is probably already there but disabled. I suggest, those who feel there is a strong need for this function (FM Radio) to call them up and constantly, get an update otherwise, Samsung won't really know that there is a serious market for this function. Just my opinion.
Hello,
I would like to put an S4 mini on Sprint, but now confused as to which model(s) will work on it. Looks like one model from them is SPH-L520, but I read that the GT-I9195 will work also.
I also want to be able to get Marshmallow on it.
From what I am seeing, the only active and stable development is being done for the GT-I9195 .
Will this work on Sprint's CDMA network?
Thanks
Only the L520 will work on Sprint. The l520 has a few roms but they're not 100%. Also I think the gt is a GSM phone It will not work on Sprint. I suggest if your going to use Sprint. Find a different phone. Also if you still want one don't get a prepaid one it may not work on a postpaid.
i can confirm this...Sph-l520 is the ONLY s4 mini version that works with sprint network and it has almost zero development progress available for it..such as roms and tweaks!! as most of the "regular" sized phones do... but with a rooted stock 4.4.2 rom w xposed and a ton of other ad on apps as i do...its a pretty jiffy phone on sprints network...
So, I have a question regarding my galaxy tab s sm-t807v. It is an LTE device that I bought on Craigslist, however I have no desire to use it with cellular service. Could I flash the t807 ROM (wifi only) and use it as a wifi only device? I would like to get 6.0.1, but it is not available for t807...
I noticed that Lineage OS is officially available for another variant of the Note 2 (I believe AT&T), but is anyone working on a version (unofficial or official) for the Sprint Note 2?
I'm using a Nexus 6 as my daily phone, but my trusty ol' Note 2 is my backup. Right now it's on CM 12.1, but I'd really like to get it on Nougat, especially now that my son's Galaxy S3 actually has an official version of Lineage OS 14.1! I even have Lineage OS 14.1 on my Note 10.1 2014 edition tablet, but there doesn't appear to be any love for our Sprint Note 2?
I am curious about this too! My main phone is a Galaxy Note II from Sprint. It has been chugging along with CyanogenMod but I really wanted to try out LineageOS. Maybe it is time to finally upgrade?
I too would like to know this. Yes I know I am not able to know a date but at lease would like to know if one was being worked on yet since the room is for these Note 2 models: Galaxy Note II (GSM LTE) (t0lte),
Galaxy Note II (Korea) (t0ltektt), Galaxy Note II (SK Telecom) (t0lteskt), Galaxy S II (Intl) (i9100). Hopefully we can find out if one is at least being worked on officially or unofficially since it's for those other models.
Hi,
Im a first time android user and recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S9 (International Version - SM G9600 - DUOS - Snapdragon). I need wifi calling very badly on At&T as my work and home both have bad reception so my purchase has handicapped me from making calls. I see a lot of forums talking about flashing At&T firmware on G960U VERSION. But i havent seen a single one talking about flashing it on g9600. Is it possible? I compared the specs and every hardware looks same except dual sim option. Will I brick my phone if i attempt it? Please suggest im in need to help from the pro community.
Regards.
