Hello everyone
I have a TCL brand TV that has different hardware and software.It does not have many applications and not Google services So I want to flash with another firmware but because TCL firmware is not available I am afraid the TV will break. For example, the remote control does not work or another logo appears instead of TCL. I found this firmware that is compatible with my TV. Do you think I should flash my TV with another TV firmware or not?

I have a TCL 50S434 (V8-R851T02-LFIV458.018656) Android TV . And it has become slow to the point of being useless. I can reset it to factory for a boost but thats not a sustainable option every month or so.
I have 2 questions and ws wondering if you can help..
1. Is it possible to turn it to a google TV from Android TV ? (hoping i can enable app only mode)
2. Do you have FW links for this TV (current & older) i am hoping i can downgrade and disable OTA updates as the other option.
