Go to recovery and wipe data. If still doesn't work reflash stock rom with odin.
Be aware that you'll lose all your files, settings and apps.

Por favor, tentei usar no GT-S6812B assim como tambem tentei a sua build CM12.1 mas não obtive sucesso pois cartão sim não é reconhecido, seu trabalho é otimo ajude para que tambem possamos usar essa bela construção no GT-S6812B por favor... parabéns desenvolvedor!

I have given a try. The ROM is very stable, gets even better with Extended Kernel v11 (but not like AOSPExtended).
I think in a few updates the ROM can get more reliable to use like AOSPEx.
Ps. OMS is working very well, i tried MONO/Art theme.
Pps. Inbuilt SuperSU.
Try los+ kernel, is similar to extended v11 but for me with BioShock governor battery life is better

Sorry for my English.
It custom is good. Some problems, which I found.
1. Rear camera not work (black screen).
2. After long sleep device is too long wake up(when I push power button device is unlocked, but lcd is off. After 3-5 sec it is backlit on.)
3. Live Display not work. On any settings.
4. Doze pulse. Ambient display, Hand Wave, Pocket is not work at all.
5. When I want to charge the device, or connect to the computer - notification sound "notification when charge" is repeats endlessly. Even if you turn off it option in settings.
It custom is very good. I like it, many of what I need - work good. Battery optimisation - good. More better than rr 5.8.3. BT, Wi-Fi, 4G, calls - good.
I hope, that this project will be complete at 100%.

To answer myself, for Magisk, at the time of writing use Canary build.
