Samsung asks to replace motherboard - Samsung Galaxy Watch

HI Peeps, first time posting here. I got an active 2(RM-830) a few weeks ago and realized it didn't have the BP app as I expected and that it was only released to a certain region. I decided to change the region following a thread here HOWEVER FOR SOME reason upon flashing, my watch returned an error.
I took the watch to a local service center and was told they tried fixing it but didn't work and needs a new motherboard. They're asking about $100 for it.
So, I wanted to ask you guys if indeed the motherboard needs replacement for this error? Because I read some thread in here and mentioned connection the pins but all I see are 5 pins from a gear 3 and not 6pins for this active 2.
Thanks!

Total Facelift by SotMax!!!

Two weeks ago, i had an accident with my S3.... It fell from 2 meters heigh......
There were some serious scratches.....I sent it to SotMax's store in Greece (We are from Greece)..
I told him that i wanted to replace the frame ( http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Full-Hous...K_Replacement_Parts_Tools&hash=item3a790bf01f) and not the whole display, because only the frame was damaged.
Unfornately... during the proccess...the display exploded due to its bad OEM quality..

T-Mobile can't unlock my old 10.1. Had to send request to Samsung. Unit mine and paid. Unlock help?

I own my tablet, and have had it since 2014. Ran it on Wifi for past 3 years. Now need to unlock it to put on my ATT account. t-Mobile guys are great, but couldn't do it. Said files were too old. Had to send my request to Samsung. Can't I just do this myself?
I have restored my device which is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 edition 2014 by using the settings>restore method. However, the screen is not going on, staying constant as i showed with photo below. I have opened the case of tablet, i have extracted the battery, and connected it again. No way, it does not continue, stays as constant like the photo. Is there anyone who can provide a solution?
