Is there some sort of a way to get Arcore support. Redmi note 7 pro has it but 8 pro doesn't. Can i root my phone to unlock it?

I'm using redmi note 8 pro. Sparkos doesn't have a new version on their site. I found it on another site for redmi note 8 pro. What would happen if I download version 13.3?
