I don't want to lose my data and apps in a factory reset, and am not sure about effects of flashing a ROM via the memory card yet, is it possible to recover? Many Thanks

I suggest you reflash the phone. (reinstall the ROM)
Try a hard-reset first.

Just got an old evo and was going to root it and get this screen when I turn the power on. Can someone tell me how to reset this phone?

I don't think you can. When that screen shows up, you have no rom. You can try using the bootloader and get some stock firmware files, or just throw it away.
someone help me please as I pressed unintentionally to uninstall the SuperSU and now he reinstalls and not as per the picture only appears that as in the photo but I already formatted the phone and redid the root and nothing to go back to normal I was wondering if is to delete the apps by pc?

It seems to hang a little longer than normal after the green HTC shows during boot... Then when it finally "finishes" I'm greeted with this notice

I have always remained stock... Never rooted.... I reset to factory defaults twice.. Once through settings and once through recovery.... Installing no apps, on the very first boot and every one after I get this message...
Any ideas?

My friend is having problem with his HTC.
It's stuck on bootloop both - system and recovery.
The thing is he wants his data back but he doesnt wants to void the warranty.

I cannot get it with ADB because system and recovery doesnt works.
What works is fastboot, but it doesnt changes anything I guess, or maybe Im wrong?
