Hello,
I got an Oppo Reno5 Pro with mediatek 1000 +.
There is only a few languages to choose from.
Can I have more languages option by any chances?
Settings -> System Click on “Languages & input” it is the world globe icon. From this section you can change the language of the texts displayed on the Oppo Reno5 5G and also the keyboard language.
Press the + “Add a language” button to add a new language to the Oppo, a list of suggested languages will appear and below the rest of the languages.

You can't change rom name.
To add languages to keyboard it is :
Settings => General => Language => Keyboard => Samsung Keyboard => Keyboard Language => Tick the Language you want to add
Thanks

So,
It seems like Samsung has introduced a new way for supporting languages on the Galaxy S3.
If you go inside the language settings you will see a nice bunch of languages.
But! Those are not all the available languages on the phone!
There are 5(!) more languages you can "unlock" in 2 ways.
The languages are:
Arabic (ar)
Farsi (fa)
Hebrew (iw)
Japanese (ja)
Thai (th)
Vietnamese (vi)
Chinese (zh)
The easy way to enable them is to download the application "morelocale2" and add to choose or add the language code you want.
With this method you will not see these languages in your language settings.
To enable these languages in the language setting of your phone, you will need to root it.
you can use Chainfires method here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1660918
The next step is to use root explorer or any other familiar application and go into /system/csc.
There is a file there named languages.xml.
If you open the file you will see a list of languages to display.
Just add your desired language code from the list above (in 2 places in the file) + country code, reboot, and then you will see that language in your language setting!
good luck!
Is no one able to help with this???

both Hebrew and English are enabled, but I can't switch to Hebrew.
If I select other languages - they work fine. Also, if I select Hebrew - it doesn't show up in the main "Samsung Keyboard setting" under "Input Languages" - again, other languages will show up in a comma separated list, but not Hebrew. And of course, can't change to Hebrew using the space button.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

You can try to reinstall the Hebrew package. If that doesn't work, try clearing the keyboard's data.
I tried this and its not working. I also flashed the note 2 keyboard which had the same problem. since I upgraded my rom to JB I can't find a fix to this issue.
any other suggestions?
Ok. The title didn't give me near enough space to begin.
I have a Surface RT. Yes, it is real. However it was originally purchased in China or Japan and doesn't have an English pack on it. I don't know Chinese or Japanese. I downloaded Surface RT OS and put it on a USB drive from microsofts website and can boot up by holding volume down. There I can choose English and US however I can't figure out how to remove the current OS and install the one that is on the USB drive.
Any ideas?
I purchase Surface RT from Japan. But I understand Japanese for a bit so I can install English GUI.
In this case, if you have other device running Windows 8, you can find how to install other language on that device. The button is in the same place between language. Then you need to find where to click on the other English language device and just imitate the step with Surface RT.
You need to login to desktop screen, if you can. Click on current keyboard language on the taskbar and choose "Language preferences". Click on "Add a language", select English add click "Add" button.
After install language it will back to installed language list. Click "option" on new English and click on "Download and install language pack".
When English language pack installed. Go back to language list page and click on "Advanced settings" on the left, then change "Override for Windows display language" to the language you want.

Yes, he is right.
Draw mouse cursor to right side -> Setting -> Control panel -> Language -> Add language what you prefer -> See whether the language is available or not, then download it
It is not only about Windows RT, but all Windows....
Good to know. I'm getting a Surface 2 from Japan soon.
