The image was taken inside of the secure folder.
I used Smart Switch to transfer all the data from my old phone (Galaxy S8) to my new one (Galaxy S20FE). Included in that data was roughly 20+gigs of secure folder files. There was so many files that I had to transfer them in multiple batches. For some reason a batch of 17GB transferred over but I've never been able to access them and the files are invisible and only show up as "other" when looking in the settings.
Was wondering if there's a way to gain access to these files again, cheers.

Hey all, I have just today flashed my phone to a wm6.1 ROM and I decided that i didn't want my documents living on the main memory anymore, so using a tweak i moved it to the storage card, so that "my documents" is the storage card. It all seems good, except for when you open Notes, all the notes are duplicates.

Is there some reg thingy or something i need to change?
Any help would be great.
How do I make the files in the downloads folder to save directly to the SD card not the internal storage? Same goes for music, pictures, and videos. I know APPS can't be moved to the SD card unless rooted, but it's fine I'm quite happy with stock rooted ATT Note 2. Thanks!
Open your browser settings and in advanced there is on option to save to internal or external.

I have installed ARHD 20.1 2 days back.
When I connect the phone to my laptop, I see free space in phone as only 957Mb out of total 10.4Gb. In ES-Explorer under /emulated/0, when I select all files and folders and check the properties, total size is shown around 1.65Gb. In an app called "DiskUsage" I see a huge "Systemdata" eating away 8115MiBGb!! What is this? I am unable to see inside this.
Under Settings -> storage, there is a Miscellaneous Files 6.87Gb but when I click on it there are only few files.

I'm on LineageOS 19.1 on a new device.
On my old device i managed to change the the default folder from the storage app from downloads to internal storage.

See the downloads folder is what is selected as default folder when the storage app is opened, how do i change it to "unknown" which in this case is the name of my device?
There should be an options in settings but i just can't find it right now.
Anyone?
Just this morning I noticed that my phone is out of storage not knowing why I formatted my phone then, after I formatted my phone I quickly installed my apps and flash my modules to my suprise my storage is full again even without my pictures. I dont know what is happening I hope someone can help.
