[HOW-TO] Get Unlocked | Reset Lockscreen to Slide [ROOT]

Have you ever stuck with your kids or any intruder who tried a lot of times to unlock your pattern or entered wrong PIN codes until you got the horrible message "Too many pattern attempts" and you do not have internet connection to unlock by signing in!

Here's how to reset your lock settings to "Slide Unlock".
Requirements:
Rooted phone.
Debugging enabled.
Steps:

adb shell
su
rm /data/system/locksettings.db
reboot
Or instead of rebooting, if you already had multiple users on your device, you can simply log out from Primary and log in back again.
And you're done

Same steps can be taken from a Custom Recovery if you, by chance, don't have USB debugging enabled.

Obviously there are other methods as well...
But this one will preserve your data =]

[Q] How do i unlock the bootloader in my situation?

Hi,
today i tried to unlock my bootloader but in vain. the current os is android 5.0.1, so there's no option to disable 'fastboot' and i enabled 'usb-debugging' under developer options.
i'm stuck at step 9 when you follow the instruction from htcdev where you write "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" and hit enter. the directory of the adb-files, fastboot-file and Unlock_code.bin are on (C:\Android) as you can see on the attachment.
in all tutorials/instructions i've seen/read step 10 would be the 'Unlock bootloader?' prompt but it's simply not asking me no matter how often i try.
last but not least i got to say that the device has a cwm on it. is it possible that i need the first Unlock_code.bin that has been used on the device, because obviously the phone has been unlocked and rooted before?

after OTA fail at unlock and root robin

Hi
my robin already unlock and root,yesterday i got OTA inform,then i click OK.......:crying:
now, my phone always show error message "Your device has been unlock and Nextbit OS can't be check for tempering"
what i can do....??

That is normal on unlocked Robins. You can hit the power button to get past it.

Im trying past it,but after reboot robin into recovery mode ......

Okay, do you have a bootloader unlocked device?

I think i has does bootloader unlocked device.....
i follow the step to do root my robin
1.oem unlock switch to ON in Developer option.
2.run "adb reboot bootloader" cmd
3.run "fastboot oem unlock" cmd
4.press power and volume+ into fastboot mode
5.fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
6.adb sideload UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76.zip
i think robin bootloader already unlock....

Prestigio Wize 3147 3G, need stock ROM

Hi guys!
I broke this device by replacing the standard recovery with another one - TWRP for model PMT3797. Below is the list my steps:

adb reboot bootloader

fastboot oem unlock
fastboot oem unlock confirm
// it is ok. Next I used it:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot
After that I got loopboot and can't to switch any mode.
So I want to try use FlashTool, but have not stock ROM(
On official site there is only update.

Question Fastboot loop and Bootloader locked

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my Xiaomi 13 Pro when I tried to flash the "V14.0.22.0.TMBEUXM" ROM via Fastboot with the MiFlash application. After flashing my Xiaomi got stuck in Fastboot mode after displaying an error on screen. Unfortunately I checked the option that re-lock the bootloader after flashing and now it is locked.
Now I can't flash other Custom ROM:

I tried to re-unlock the bootloader via MiUnlock and ADB but it does not recognize the device (I cannot activate USB debugging mode because the system not start).
Devices logs:
Summary:
Phone state: FASTBOOT LOOP
Bootloader: LOCKED
USB Debugging: OFF
ADB recognizes device: NO
Fastboot recognizes device: YES
Can You help me to recover my Xiaomi?
