So i managed to successfully install and run Xposed on pie.

Tested on:
Redmi Note 5 Plus (Vince)
Havoc OS 2.2
Genom kernel
Requirements:
1. Working Latest Magisk
2. Uninstall any Virtual Exposed
3. Download Magisk core only.zip file byDreamer(3MF)(in case of bootloop)
4. Make a full Backup in recovery(orange fox is recommended)

Instructions(please follow carefully/order):
1. Open Magisk Manager
2. Install magisk-riru-core-arm-arm64-v10.zip
3. Install magisk-EdXposed-arm-arm64-v0.2.6.3_beta-release.zip
4. Install XposedInstaller_by_dvdandroid_19_10_18.apk
5. Reboot
tip: if xposed installer says "exposed is not installed" then soft reboot through xposed installer.
