Question Google Pay - NFC not set ! - Xiaomi Poco F3 / Xiaomi Mi 11X / Redmi K40

Hello.
I have a problem with paying via google pay and NFC.
I was making a payment, attached a mobile phone to the payment terminal, and the NFC responded, but I was told that the payment had been declined.
Then I found out that NFC lists the card when activated that NFC is not set.
Where can the problem be?
Magisk safety net pass, google play certified.
Thanks.
turn on the nfc
not set

I have two cards which I purposely disable tap to pay from the bank a long time ago (when tap to pay was first just introduced), Google Pay won't even let me register the cards with NFC unless I call the banks (it'll only register the cards as a form of payment for the Play Store).
One card registers just fine because it has tap to pay enabled, but I've not tried contactless payments in stores yet.

Google Wallet Question - Accessing Prepaid Funds

I haven't seen this addressed anywhere, and I searched!
How come when I log into wallet.google.com my prepaid card I have on the google wallet app doesn't appear? The only payment method I have is the card I use to purchase apps.
I don't bank with citibank so I can't have my card on the wallet app. but I cant access the funds I placed on the prepaid card from my computer or to purchase apps.
They have the same Google Wallet name and logo, but dont appear to be related.
I guess my complaint is if I put funds on the Google prepaid in the Google Wallet app, then later I come accross something I want to waste a few dollars on and it accepts Google checkout, why can't I access the funds I already budgeted for "play" ?
Anyone know why?
The balance in the Google Wallet app is only for usage as a PayPass card, it cannot be accessed online.

Google Wallet issue

So I wanted to use what was left of my free Google dollars and the NFC system at the store I was at didn't want to cooperate. I did a quick search online said to try and reset the app with the reset option in the app itself. It said it would erase the purchase and card data etc. I figured it meant the data in just the app so when I reloaded the app I expected my Google card to still be in there, as if attached to my Google account, but its not in wallet any more. Does anyone know if this card can be restored? I find it hard to believe that Google would permanently erase a prepaid card with potentially you putting real money into it. I tried going into the site where you can manage your wallet, but it just asks me if I want to add a credit card.
It was discontinued on 17 September. Better luck next time.
Beamed from my Grouper.
As Mach3.2 you can no longer add the card as of September 17th & it will be removed completely on October 17th. IIRC there will be a way to ask for a refund for any unused funds.
OK. There was only like three bucks left, so no biggy. Thanks for posting
Ask for a refund of unused amount.

PS - I used Google searching for "Google Wallet Refund" to find that.

Google Wallet Tap to Pay not working

Hi,
I tried to use Google Wallet Tap to Pay at a CVS store recently and nothing happened.
I had NFC enabled, and a Chase CC added to my Google Wallet account.
I am running stock KitKat 4.3.
When I added the CC to my account, the app never asked for setting up Tap to Pay
Can anyone please help.
Thanks,
Some places not ready.

Do you see Tap and Pay with your credit card and the last four digits of it on the main screen?
If not are you running the latest version of GW? Are you rooted?
Contactless payment (tap and pay) does work for me at all of the local CVS's so I am thinking it's probably not them...
You might also try the ISIS app.
I finally got it to work. I could Tap to Pay but the operation failed cause Google is requiring my identity documents.
Still deciding whether to provide them or not.

Multiple NFC payment apps

Does anyone use multiple NFC payment apps with any success?
I have Android Pay for my personal debit card and Barclaycard for my work expenses.
Unfortunately I can't get the two to cooperate. If Barclaycard app isn't set as the default tap and pay app it simply disables NFC payment unless you go into the app and click pay now.
My plan was to set Barclaycard as the default and use the tap and pay option "pay with default unless another payment app is open". This didn't work as even if I open Android Pay the Barclaycard app always wins and processes the payment.
I tried setting Android Pay as default and going into the Barclaycard app and hitting the pay now button. Although it sat there waiting to be held against the payment terminal, as soon as I did so Android Pay processed the payment.
So, it seems that the setting to use another tap and pay app if it's open doesn't work.

Can't get onto Google Pay

Hi, I want to use Google Pay and have downloaded the app - however although my bank supports Google Pay the app says "this feature is not supported by your banker this card yet". What feature are they talking about? All I want to do is to use my phone in shops where normally I would use my card. Any help most welcome! The card is registered with Google at the moment.
paypal perhaps?
