Hello all!
I recently bought this Poco F3 and I have to say I'm fully satisfied, except for a couple of things: the Poco launcher which is horrible to see (the app animations) and the dialer and messaging system apps which are google's. So I unlocked the phone and rooted it with magisk and I would like to know if anyone knows any updated modules to have the Xiaomi launcher 12.5 and the 2 apps dialer and messages as magisk modules. Thanks in advance if anyone helps me.

Download the miui launcher
Or you can install a miui port for poco f3

I had the themes app on my previous global rom, yesterday I returned my mix fold to original Chinese latest stable software.

I don't know how I received my Mi Mix Fold with Global rom as no official Global rom yet.
My Experience is:​Selfie camera has a lot of bugs
No PC mode
Screen issues (fold / unfold)
No OTA
Google is working fine
Android Auto is working
I immediately removed the global rom and fastbooted the latest chines rom, its much more stable and OTA is available.

I have a Poco F3 but i dont know how to update the phone to miui 14? i was told, that you have to update the phone yourself by flashing it?, Is that true??
Or how do i get the newest android 13??

Believe me, there is no major differeces betwwen miui 14 and the previous 13 on poco devices, but it's noticeable in xiaomi . So, I suggest to install xiaomi eu rom of xiaomi k40. and there is another good rom is called miuivn rom.
I suggest you dump that tracker loaded OS period and install a aosp rom Like Arrow
If you are in global miui the only good feature you can get is copy text from an image in my opinion. But if you want to experience all the miui14 features use xiaomi.eu
I would like to know if it is possible to install the poco launcher on the xiaomi.eu rom, or even other 3rd-party roms.
