Magisk & Crypto - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Questions & Answers

Hi... I'm a little worried about the security of my device... anyway, my smartphone isn't encrypted, but it's rooted. From what I've seen, I have to unroot, encrypt and then root again, correct? In Magisk there are two options when selecting uninstall/remove root: restore image and complete uninstall. Which one should I choose?

If you want to encrypt your data, clean flash stock fastboot ROM and reboot.
After initial setup, go to install Magisk.

TWRP Clears After Flashing Android 8.0

That there are friends I need your help. You will see already unlock the bootloader to be able to be root, I am currently in ROM Stock 8.0 with the latest compilation OPN27.76-12-22 in Moto Z Play. and flash the TWRP. But it only comes once so to say, I flash it from fastboot and I give it in recovery mode and it enters, but when I reboot the cell phone and I want to re-enter the TWRP it is erased and the motorola recovery Stock is put back on. As if it were only temporary the recovery that I'm putting.
So what can be done so that the TWRP is left by default and is not deleted?

Add
6. Twrp(backup&restore) can be flashed now.
Remove data.sin only before flashing is enough to keep your data

Did you restore stock boot.img through magisk and update, then reinstall magisk.
Or did you flash the stock boot.img with a computer and then update, then get the patched image from magisk?
I had this question too and got a thorough response here https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/how-do-i-update-with-ota-while-having-twrp-and-magisk.4237505/
I hadn't rooted my phone. I usually don't until I put a custom rom on it. I'm waiting to see if resurrection remix goes official for this phone.

With every button fastboot after flashing TWRP with app

twrp-3.6.2_9-0-nitrogen was installed and I tried to install twrp-3.7.0_9-0-nitrogen with the official TWRP app. With the app I did 2 backups, recovery and boot.
After flashing TWRP 3.7 with the app and rebooted, I see only:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
With every button I see this "fastboot". Fastboot-commands don't work, except "devices".
What could I try?
