u can try download Magisk on your phone and customize the boot.img (extract from custom ROM file), after that flash the boot.img through TWRP
or u can just go download the Magisk.zip and flash it use TWRP

All Xiaomi users suffer from a single problem, Firmware update. As there are many devices with no one to provide the newest firmware update every single release. And also developers who provide updates to devices may forget or be busy sometimes, so releases are provided later. Here is my simple solution:

A set of various script that automatically generates Xiaomi firmware flashable zip files every MIUI new update!
My scripts download MIUI official ROMs, both Developer and Stable, Global and China, extracts the firmware-update folder, generates firmware flashable zip with auto-written "updater-script", and uploads them automatically to many servers.
The scripts are completely automated, running on a Linux server every six hours.
Note:
Names will be in the following manner:
fw_miui_MIMAX3_*.zip is Xiaomi Mi Max 3 (nitrogen) China firmware

Frequently Asked Questions:
What is Firmware? Is it a full ROM or OTA package?
Firmware is not a ROM nor OTA Package, it's a set of low-level drivers which helps the operating system do whatever it wants to do. It includes various things like Modem, Bluetooth, Bootloader, DSP and etc.
Why should I update the Firmware?
Firmware is provided from Xiaomi directly, and there are no sources for it to let developers build and edit it on their own like custom ROMs, so if you want to keep your device up to date always update your firmware!
Do I need updating the Firmware If I'm MIUI official or custom ROM user?
No, MIUI ROMs contain the firmware-update package which I extract and provide here.
What are the supported devices?
All Snapdragon and MTK devices including China-only devices.

How to update firmware?
1- Download the package you want to flash. IT MUST BE NAMED WITH THE SAME CODENAME OF YOUR DEVICE.
2- Flash it using TWRP or any custom recovery. There's no need to wipe/format anything before or after the installation.
How to check the updated firmware?
Usually, the modem gets updated with newer firmware, you can check it in Settings > About > Baseband.

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
Mention any and all Magisk modules you might be using along with the Magisk version
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: What do you mean by "Unified" in the thread title?
A: Redmi Note 9S or Indian Redmi Note 9 Pro (curtana) and POCO M2 Pro (gram) are basically the same devices, the only significant difference is the 33W charging support on the POCO M2 Pro. So I have decided to do a single, unified build for supporting both curtana and gram. This thread and the other one on the POCO M2 Pro forums have the same ROM zip linked in the downloads.
Q: Which GApps do I use?
A: Use the "Gapps" variant builds if you need Gapps. They have Gapps pre-included and provide the best Gapps experience.
Q: Do I have to wipe data if coming from another ROM?
A: Yes, I will not be providing help/support to users that haven't wiped data when coming from another ROM.
Q: How often will I be getting updates?
A: The plan is for weeklies, if unavoidable circumstances come up, please don't spam the thread. I will release a build as soon as one is ready.
Q: Is the ROM official?
A: The ROM is Official.

The 64 MP camera sensor and NFC difference are somewhat hard to unify. Cozzmy13 is looking into unifying all the Xiaomi 720G devices, so don't give up hope!

Hi, thanks for giving us this AOSIP rom. I installed it on my curtana and somehow the DT2W isn't working. Everything else is working well though. I'm using a Tianma panel if that makes any difference.

I'd stay with the firmware for your region then worst case any issues flash global. That's my advice anyway

Listing few things I noticed.
1. When refresh rate is set to 60hz and 120hz as min and max, it stays at 120hz most of the time. Other roms refresh at 60hz unless some animation or user interaction is there.
2. Not as a complaint, immensity kernel didn't boot with this.

if fastboot boot recovery is not working beacuse of auth errors, flash miui fastboot rom using miflashtool. after that, you can flash other roms.

default cam is not gcam, its basic google camera.
default apps are google apps like other pixel roms

i just flash 3.6.0 twrp it works. after i flash pixelplus rom i have 0mb from internal storage in twrp after the problem i have.

Every video that i tried to play (downloaded one, from youtube) it play around 0.5 fps without a sound. any idea ?

it seems like a firmware issue, try to flash 13.0.3 or last 12 version matching your region

Hello there! If my poco has FW 13.0.7.0(SKHEUXM) by default, can i just flash Elixir rom out of the gate or do i need to flash another FW before? Do i need to unlock bootloader or anything like that? (haven't done this type of stuff since my Samsung S6)

May I know why you went from 2.0 to 3.0 and didn't release build 2.1? Will there be 2.1 build yet? This rom is currently unusable for me because a few features are missing, but it's no wonder since android 13 has just come out.

Hi,
First of all thanks for your work on this ROM. I have installed the ROM and everything seems to work correctly for the moment except these stuff:
No recovery installed after flashing ROM (shows "Unknown command" when booting recovery). I tried installing TWRP official recovery (I think it is only compatible for A12), it works but can't decrypt data even without password.
3D games lag when playing them. Maybe graphics driver need to be updated?
If you have a recovery you can recommend and that can decrypt data it would be great.
If you have any questions or things to test on the ROM I am available just ask me.
I'll be waiting for Elixir 3.1. Keep up the good work!
Edit: I didn't add a bug report for 3D lag as I think it isn't really a bug. However, if you need I can capture logs and send them.
Edit 2: Flashed OrangeFox recovery for Evolution X A13 thread and now decryption works!

Hello... thanks for great rom. I want root but always error flash magisk on recovery. How to root this rom with magisk?

Best Rom i Have Tried It Today..... Butter Smooth Experience..... i recommend everyone to flash this rom

Flash magisk v25 I'm using work fine

Why there's no app lock?

I have found 2 bug so far so i have downgrade to project elixir 2.1
1. Latest Gcam crashing.
2 Camera Crashing Always in every app while take photos especially using flash light
