POCO F3 Vs MI10T
Basically. MI10T has SD 865, Better Camera and Battery. It also has a 144hz IPS LCD Screen. Something I am not really a fan of.
While POCO F3 is powered by SD 870. an E4 120hz AMOLED.
I'd go with Poco F3. I already bought one. it's on the way. Better performance with a cheaper price.

You can always check for the basic comparison for phones in versus, where I always use it to compare my F3.
Use the below link;
Xiaomi Mi 10T vs Xiaomi Poco F3: What is the difference?
What is the difference between Xiaomi Mi 10T and Xiaomi Poco F3? Find out which is better and their overall performance in the smartphone ranking.
versus.com
What I advise you is to wait for redmi 11 models. It seems like they will appear soon.
Among the three I prefer f3, no doubt!
owning a poco F3, I am really happy with it cuz I've got it for less than 400 euros for the 256 version, it is very smooth and pleasant to use but if you can get a mi10t pro for the same price the last one will be a better deal. Soc is more or less the same (a tad slower), but camera will be way better, a'd you won't have proximity sensor issue which is a pain in the ass and a big drawback on this phone. I don't understand how xiaomi can sell a phone on which this basic function is not reliable. also stock rom on poco F3 is loaded with bloatware.

My previous phone is no longer fixable and that means I've to search for a other phone.
After a some time of searching work, I have now these two phones left at the list:
- Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite
- Xiaomi Poco X3
My requirements for the phone is:
- A free unlockable bootloader
- A price no higher then €320,00
- 128GB storage
- A good camera (I've a Instagram account and I post pictures there and because I want good quality pictures)
- More then 3000mah battery
- Good performance (Especially gaming)
- Running Android
I've watches many video's and readed many articles but I can't still decide which phone, so some advice is appreciated.
I readed that the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite has a bad microlens camera and the camera feels sluggish, maybe someone here uses a Xiaomi Mi10T Lite and can tell me if it's true.
And the Xiaomi Poco X3 doesn't support 5G so it's less futureproof, because I expect to use the phone for some years I expect that 5G will be commonly avaible in my country then (The Netherlands)
I'm also impressed by by the latter and the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite is the same in terms of performance as the Xiaomi Poco X3, but I'm very confused right now.
So the big question is, which phone is the best option for me if you look at my requirements?
I have zero experience with X3 (NFC), but 10T lite sounds like it ticks all your boxes. Macro camera is a joke (no autofocus), but it doesn't really bother me, I simply don't use it.
You can find some comparison between 10T lite and X3 in this Russian forum (use Google translate), the general consensus is that 10T lite is improved X3. And upcoming X3 PRO will be improved 10T lite.. I think that at the end it comes to the cost - if you're money's tight, go with X3, if you can get a good deal on 10T lite, buy 10T lite.
Update: I've chosen the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 128GB as my next phone.
It has a better processor as the Xiaomi Poco X3 128GB, although the latter has a smaller battery capacity I find performance more important than battery capacity so I don't really mind using a phone with a smaller battery capacity if I get a better performance in exchange.
That means the question is now answered so thank you for your help!
However, if my sister finds it too expensive and tells me she can't order that phone then it will be the Xiaomi Poco X3. (I'm only 17 years old and I'm not allowed to order stuff on my own)
Update: I received my Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite and I can say that I'm very impressed.
I'm amazed by it's battery life, camera and performance.
120hz is very smooth.
I had to first get used to MIUI because it's kinda different from the other Android UI's but I'm satisfied now.
MIUI is a very beautiful UI imo.
Very nice, you can get a custom ROM and tweak it if you like
Hello all,
Jason here,
Few days ago my redmi note 4 has died because of spoiled IC.
So I was wondering to get either Poco F3 or Samsung a52.
Do state the pros and cons of the selection
Usage
- Play game like brawl star, but quitting soon. as it is getting boring. After that not into gaming anymore
- Smooth display as I dont like the lagging when surfing the web or switching between apps
- Battery life must be good
- Storage must be good, as I have quite a number of apps wanting to download and test out.
- Camera should be decent ( If it is not , installing gcam should solve the problem i guess ) [Need some insight on this] ???
- Able to stand at least 3-4 years
- must support AR Core
Thank You.
Regards,
Jason
I'd suggest the POCO F3 because of the Snapdragon 870. Had the same question and I will go for the F3.
I'd suggest F3, too.
I'm not a gamer, but this phone will probably be a worthy successor of my current OnePlus One (and obviously of the Pocophone F1).
- Play game like brawl star, but quitting soon. as it is getting boring. After that not into gaming anymore (Poco f3, flagship range SoC)
- Smooth display as I dont like the lagging when surfing the web or switching between apps (Neck and neck, both have 120Hz with poco f3 having a brighter screen)
- Battery life must be good (neck and neck again, both have similiar sized batteries, but suspect the A52 would do better by 10-20%)
- Storage must be good, as I have quite a number of apps wanting to download and test out. (UFS 3.1 on Poco F3, Samsung didn't mention, so assume Poco F3 as winner)
- Camera should be decent ( If it is not , installing gcam should solve the problem i guess ) [Need some insight on this] ??? (Samsung is better, but the Poco stands near. GCAM is going to take awhile to be implemented for the Poco, as it's a pretty new SoC)
- Able to stand at least 3-4 years (no comments on this, can't guarantee build quality nowadays)
- must support AR Core (Samsung A52 confirmed support, no information on Poco yet)
check this short opinion from Dave2D
ahh okay, wish me luck to get the Poco F3 tonight, I missed out yesterday~

Mine is just pre order though, too bad the Poco F3 dint restock
An overlooked aspect of F3 is the vibration motor. It is the more expensive motor used in Mi 10T Pro and Mi 11. Which offers great haptic feedback. Samsung use a cheaper motor in A52 and A72.
F3 is better than A52 without any question.

Ahh what is the use of the vibration motor ??
Btw is the 6GB + 128GB enough ??? For 3 - 4 years usage ??

Well at my country Samsung S20 FE and Oneplus 8T costs almost like Pocophone F3...
I'm not sure what I should get, I'm not gaming much.
The Mi 10T (Non Pro) in my country is 415$ and the Poco F3 450$
I think the performance is almost the same and I don't mind the LCD Panels (which will last longer I think) I was wondering about other aspects of the phone.
Quality, Rom support, Heating, Sounds, longevity, Build Material.. the things beyond the numbers. Could someone share their views on which is better and why?
Seems to me that F3 support will be very strong. After a few weeks we already have a Pixel Experience and a Lineage OS ROM, and an alpha TWRP.
I'm biased having owning a Poco F3. One of the best features is the AMOLED panel. It is so beautiful and I never want to go back to LCD after this. The other big feature is the amazing flagship level haptics. Overall smartphone performance is superb so I would recommend the F3. However, it comes down to your priorities. In terms of ROMs we're just getting started. Yesterday morning a private device tree went public and since then we've had LineageOS, Pixel Experience+ and TWRP unofficial releases. As a result I expect developer support on this device to be exceptional.
I have had both Mi 10T Pro and Poco F3. Since 10T (non-pro) lacks OIS and has a smaller main camera sensor I would choose F3. The screen is so much better on F3 It also have a better in-hand feel due to the lighter and thinner design. Battery life is probably slightly better on 10T and heating may be less of an issue of that phone as well. Build quality and haptics are also better on 10T but still good enough on F3. The only reason I sold F3 and kept 10T Pro was for the great camera on 10T Pro.
Ips on X3 is fine but that pixel response time is to slow and causes ghosting wich on Oled is much better.Black levels are fine to on X3, yes you can see difference when you look side to side.I am talking about x3 because I have one and I think 10t has the same screen only oc at 144hz.They all have same screens.F3 is a perfect phone with good not great camera.

Heat is perfectly fine on normal usage, I don't play games so don't know that
Mi 10T 5G cost $420
while Poco F3 5G cost $360
Mi 10T 5G is snapdragon 565
Poco F3 5G is snapdragon 870
* price is from my country
Poco F3 clearly wins
it even say Top 4 in Trending Smartphone i guess because quite cheap yet flagship specs

Did not have any problems at all. Loved F3 for normal use. I actually miss that phone. It feels so good in the hand and the screen and fluidity are great.

Depends on what you value. Have you actually owned both decices or are you just guessing based on specs or reviews? As I already said. If you prefer a great screen and a phone that feels light in the hand. F3 is better. IMO the difference in screen quality is not small. The sceen on 10T / 10T Pro is good for an IPS but still have grey areas around the corners and the punch-hole typical for IPS-panels. The AMOLED-screen on F3 also feels more crisp and vibrant. If OP do not care about IPS vs AMOLED go for 10T.
On a side note. I assume that Mi 10T Pro and Mi 10T are the same phones besides the camera. I have only experience with 10T Pro not 10T. But anyway. Yes, haptics are good on F3 but even better on 10T Pro. Xiaomi is the new android king of haptics. Did not see that coming. Almost all new phones from Xiaomi have a great vibration motor. Was actually blown away by the haptics on 10T Pro. What is intresting is that haptics on Mi 11 is even better.

Mi 10T 5G Costs 415$
Poco F3 Costs 446$

I only worry that the AMOLED doesn't last as long but I do prefer a lighter and a thinner phone. I think I mostly made my mind on the F3 .. just waiting for it to be released as it has been announced for a month now and still no release

Where do you live?
In Sweden Mi 10T Pro is super cheap second hand. I bought mine for €250 a couple of months ago. It was in perfect condition. Was able to sell it for the same price last week. Mobile phones operators have great offers on Xiaomi phones so many people buy them cheap when they subscribe to a new contract and then sell them second hand. I just subscribed for a contract so I can get Mi 11i for €500 including mi wireless earphones and mi band 6. However, it is only required to pay one month and then I can cancel the subscription. I go for Mi 11i since I liked the in-hand feel and screen on F3 but want a better camera. Is it only in Sweden one can take advantage of offers like this?

I think other European countries and the US have the same carrier-phone relation but where I live (Egypt) there isn't offers like this sadly.

This build is quite old and so might have missing features. Personally I'd recommend going with PEX or crdroid. You can try my Havoc build without GAPPs (however it hasn't been tested very much yet): https://github.com/Robert3141/local_manifests/releases/tag/v1.0

Hey all, If I should choose the POCO F3 or another phone if I'm going to upgrade from iPhone 6plus. I've never had a xiaomi phone, but I'm interested in the midrange budget phones of xiaomi that are gaining lots of positive reviews. So while I was looking for a POCO F3, someone recommended to check out the "Redmi K40 gaming edition", as I mentioned I am not xiaomi phone expert but the k40 looks similar to poco f3 however the k40 gaming https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/ edition is different. If you have the chance to choose between POCO F3 or Redmi K40 gaming edition, what would you go for? Taking in consideration the performance, ram, display, battery, software... Ofcorse I'm not getting it for gaming only but for general uses including gaming sometimes (I don't care about the camera) I'm focusing on what would give me a great gaming and general use features and would last for 3-4 years!! Thanks in advance for your opinions.

I use K40 gaming and if you don't care about NFC it will work only in China no Global then buy it. Also I set gidro geluim mate screen cover for smoother finger experience than glossy glass cover which can crack and dirty faster but cheaper. I highly recommend BUY: POCO X3 Pro 8/128,256 gb. From the first it is cheaper than any phone for now and the second the price K40 gaming 315$ POCO F3 400$ POCO X3 Pro 8/256 gb. 215$ Man think twice do you need gaming triggers for 315$ or 400$ F3? buy X3 Pro processor is the same, same battery, same ram/rom memory, same stereo speakers, great IPS LCD, me personally prefer amoled lcd for deep black only.
Choose POCO X3 Pro you won't regret.
I agree The Xiaomi so could gaming phones don't make sense A gaming smartphone needs better specs then normal phone not the other way around It's really frustrating Xiaomi brand does this kinda crap too gamers who just need ...Dinar Recaps
