OnePlus 7T latest update - OnePlus 7T Questions & Answers

Hey everyone, I need to ask you something today I got this new OOS11 update 11.0.1.1 and as you can see in the attached screenshot the update file name says it's HD65DA. I'm currently running on 11.0.0.2 Indian variant which is HD65AA, all I want to know why this update file says DA instead of AA and should I install it?

the new public releases packages work update via choose package update in system update?
you should receive update via OTA, if not then you can instal with choose package, but put downloaded rom in "downloaded_rom" folder in root of the memory

You don't need to root your phone to get the update. There are two ways you can get the update.
1. Wait for OTA update to show up on your device.
2. download the update from this URL (https://mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/begonia/) make a "downlaoded_rom" folder on your phone root directory, place the update file in. and follow these steps.
a. About phone > system update > tap logo 10 times.
b. click on 3 dotted menu on top right. choose update package, select the downloaded file you just put in the downladoed_rom folder. let the phone do its work. enjoy the update.
it is recommended that you at least have a 60% charge available before proceeding.

oxygen os update problem

Hello, can someone help me please ... Some weeks ago I received an update Oxygenos 10.0.9.hd65aa. I believe this was a version for india and not a global or eu one. I believe was with 10.0.9.hd..ba or something like it ... Today there is a new update 10.0.11 and I can not update with OnePlus7TOxygen_14.E.13_OTA_011-013_patch_2005192147_5145df3d2c7eec.zip ... The zip file is in the root folder but the system seems not seeing it. How can I remove the previous one or how can I install the new one?
My device is a 7t hd1903 ...
Thanks in advance

yes, I saw some information but since I came from nowhere I don't know about almost everything, I've barely been with him for several days. I know that before doing a factory reset with msm tool I was on build c19, tmobile and oneplus have suspended the updates?

I don't want to modify the phone, I'm not interested in doing crossflash if I have to modify it, but if I can use it normally without making modifications, yes, I'm going to do it. Do I need to modify something or do I just install the rom as if it were the one from tmobile?
Hey now i'm not able to freeze some apps you can freeze like youtube, Chrome for example. Freeze button greyed out

What ? Just download the 11.2.10.10 and local upgrade.
After the local upgrade to 11.2.10.10 you'll be on a global firmware so it will automaticly ask you to upgrade to OxygenOS 12

Does anyone have the HD1901_11_F.18 zip?

I have been trying to download the OTA - but it gets stuck and fails installation, any help with the installation or just the OTA zip file so i can manually load it locally.
I got the OTA, but didn't realize I had to grab the zip before installing. I'm trying to get the boot.img out so I can root, so I'm looking for the OTA as well.
Do not install it , I updated it and since then can not find system update in settings , nothing at all
That's the one that takes you to A12, I just spent yesterday downgrading back to 11, rerooting, etc
I personally don't recommend it if you're satisfied with your phone now, unless there is something about OOS 11 you really dislike or an A 12 feature you really want.
Can anyone confirm that the new update does in fact fix the connection issues that the previous update had? And possibly the automatic brightness issue as well. Those were really the only two issues I had with Android 12 and if those are fixed, I wouldn't mind updating again.
I have downloaded and installed F.18 thru Oxygen Updater.
After update to F.18, the dual SIM not working

Question Error trying to update via OTA

A few weeks ago I bought the Oneplus 11, now that the latest version Global A.07 has come out, I get the following error, I have tried with Oxygen Updater and I still get an error when updating, I have automatic updates enabled from the developer options.
The model is CPH2451

If you're still on A.06 and trying to update to A.07 (and you're rooted on A.06), then you need to flash the stock A.06 init_boot.img before updating. Not 100% sure, but believe that someone posted the stock A.06 init_boot.img for the US version in one of the other threads on here, if not maybe you can ask in those threads if anyone has the unpatched A.06 init_boot.img as only way to do incremental update is if your system is stock. It's the bad part about the US only getting incremental updates instead of the full packages like every other region does.

View the thread here. It has the stock A.06 and A.07 init_boot.img. You can flash which ever one you're currently on then update. I would also recommend following that guide to root the US version of the 11 in the future.

No problem, also wouldn't personally recommend converting. You risk bricking for little to no advantage and if you do brick there's no free way to recover (as MSM is no longer free and open). I would just stay on 2451 and use that guide for updates.

Then flash this file oplusstanvbk.img able to boot back CPH2451. Don't know why.
