Oneplus 5T HDR Support on Youtube!

NOTE: I merely just followed this guide for the mate 10, which uses a very similar display (or even the same) as the Oneplus 5T (https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-10/how-to/how-to-enable-youtube-hdr-mode-mate-10-t3700388) I have compared it to regular OLED devices as well as "normal iphones" (not ihpone x). I'm really curious to see a side by side comparison of Oneplus 5T in youtube hdr videos vs samsung galaxy s/note 8[+] , mate 10, and lgv30, even sony xperiza xz premium since youtube only has 1080p hdr video atm.

Going to OnePlus 6T _or_ OnePlus 7 Pro from LG G4 (after almost 4 years still alive)

Weird question to place here ... but @steadfasterX has a OnePlus 6T ...
I am buying a OnePlus 6T or 7 Pro. It is not about the price tag, it is about the camera.
You all know the qualities of our G4's camera. It is the reason I found interest in photography.
Its main feature is the simpleness! Take the LG stock camera app. Or ProShot (*yuks*). It makes photos, it does not have filters and AI guessing what you are shooting, or software-augmented portrait modes with fake bokeh.
Whatever comes out as a JPG is as beautiful as the human eye can see. Sometimes I have to edit the DNGs for minor details, for zoom+focus-aid etc.
The controls are simple and manual mode is supported in any app with Camera2 API.
From that point: shooting with the LG G4 indeed is a bit like shooting with a DSLR/DSLM.
But will I get the best manual mode/no filter/AI depending results with more with the OnePlus 6T or more with the OnePlus 7 Pro?

Question OnePlus 9 Pro or Oppo Find X3 Pro

The Oppo Find X3 Pro and the OnePlus 9 Pro are basically the same phone, with very similar specs and almost identical screens / features.
They even run the same OS in China!
The Oppo has received rave reviews, especially for it's camera offering and colour handling; yet the reviews of the OnePlus are still mostly saying the camera, colour, focus etc. experience "could be better".
So, excluding the faster wireless charging time (which most OnePlus fanbois derided as not needed a couple of years ago), what real reasons are there for picking the OnePlus over the Oppo?

For me it would be ease of root, modding etc., and I'm kind of fond of Oxygen OS despite the changes in Android 11.
This comparison is really difficult between OnePlus and Oppo. I am an oppo user and at the same time, I am a fan of Oneplus. Both of them have a very minute difference, I want to buy a good camera quality phone for my photography, and here I got stuck between Oppo X# Pro and OnePlus 9 Pro. Please write the difference clearly and help me to buy the best one
The Oppo seems to only support 1 out of the 4 5G bands that T-Mobile operates on, and doesn't have band 71 for 4G, if that matters to you.

General HiRes Comparison VS S22Ultra, X70Pro+, P50Pro

Hello,
yesterday I had the time to make a comparison of my OnePlus 9 Pro with OxygenOS 12.1 and a few of other devices on my hands:
Samsung S22 Ultra
Huawei P50 Pro
VIVO X70 Pro+
I feel the stock camera isn't at the level of the GCAM for the OP but it can deliver very eye candy images (not real but... Good for the eyes)
You can find the video here
and here the pictures in hires.
Did you compare GCAM in there somewhere?
Confused about the reference.

Question My opinion on Vivo x80 Pro

I just got a deal (589 Euro) & bought Vivo x80 Pro 12/256 Gb, new, full box. Mine is global with FuntouchOS & SnapDragon processor.
Beautifull phone. Very nice design. Is a little slippery.
The phone have protecion on the screen from factory. I don't like curved screen. At all ! But i can live with it.
Comming from Oneplus (since 2015) i was afraid of difference of OS. But Funtouch have all those gestures/features that i like on OxygenOS.
Phone have a lot of bloatware. I uninstalled almost all of them. remaining 2, 3 i force stop & disabled.
The camera is considerably better than Oneplus.
Funtouch OS 13 works fine for me. I was nervous about bluetooth on A13. On Oxygen 13 not working. But on Vivo works fine.
I want to buy a 50w Vivo wireless charger, to save usb port.
Before this Vivo x80 Pro i use 8, 9 days a Samsung s22 Ultra, european (Exynos creap). S22 is a little puke, garbage compared to x80! The internet was full of horrible advertising. I try dns.adguard.com, Adaway, Blokada, nextdns. With any of these internet was a nightmare ! Slow like a 2010 phone. Bleah !!! Why the hell this garbage costs 1200 euro?..
Honestly, the x80 pro with Dim9000 and origin os is the best phone I've ever had. Why?
- best camera I've ever had
- incredible charging time
- no battery drain at all (I'm getting nearly 2 days out of the battery: reddit, messenger, camera, youtube, web browsing, stock monitoring, podcasts - I'm not a hardcore user)
- bloatware is removable
- fast as oneplus
- chinese version with call recording function
I've never been keen on notifications all day - it's me having the control when to look at the phone, do not want to get disturbed the whole day with notification pop-ups. I have never used google car or hey google commands. All issues have been tackled by Vivo. The only thing what makes me nervous: it's chinese hardware... let's see where politics head the next years.
Before you buy a Vivo, you need to be interested in getting to know the settings in detail - you need to understand the energy saving settings and other stuff, so Vivo is not working like an iPhone "out of the box" - but this is also a great opportunity to learn more about the operating system...
Phone history:
Samsung S2
Samsung Note 4
iPhone 6
iPhone 6s
Oneplus 5/iPhone 11
Vivo x80 pro
-> After Oneplus and Vivo I will never go back to Samsung. Worse than iPhone.
