I have a tilt 2 and my G Sensor is broken. My phone flips constantly and wont stop and its really making my phone a hassle to even use! Is there a way to turn my g sensor all the way off?

I have a problem with my P6-U06 which is running on EMUI 3.0 (B708).
For outdoor use (canoe, bike etc.) I have the phone in cases which cover the display completly (waterproofing).
Since EMUI has a feature which I don't know how to turn off I can't unlock my phone when it is in such a case.
It tells me that I have to uncover the top part of the phone where the proximity sensor is located. This also happens when I turn off the Huawei Unlocker and use none at all.
Does somebody know how to solve this? Thanks!!!
Settings --> Smart Assistance --> Touch-disable mode (turn off).

Hi guys. I want to buy s20 and I have a question - can you set time for automatic turning on if the phone has been turned off? I own OnePlus 7t and I find this option very helpful in case if someone will steal my phone and turn it off so it can't be tracked. Or maybe there is an app that can do that or bixby routine?

I bought my OP9 pro 2 month ago, and I loved it since first day, but there are some bugs that I really hate!!
When I finish a call or when I finish to hear a voice message on Whatsapp, the brightness goes down, without I touch anything!
In last days I find another annoying bug, sometimes when i put off the phone from the pocket, the pocket mode remain activated, also if I turn my OP, also if I unlock the smartphone... These two bugs are getting me crazy!
Can anyone help me or I have just wait some software update from OnePlus?

I've exactly same bugs on my OP 9 Pro , sometimes brightness goes down by itself and without touching it, i've always automatic brightness switched off! Then taking it out from Pocket with Pocvket Mode switched off, i find apk opened by themselves, so a total mess!

Yes! The same for me! I'm rally freaking out! And Oneplus doesn't care about these bugs!
I had the same problems, but interestingly I face it only when my Camera and Mic is turned off.
for me it was dirt an pocket lent, the sensor is very sensitive for some reason so when ever i get that problem I wipe it and it works flawlessly for the next few days until it needs to be done again
Same here, sometimes I can't even turn on the screen after a call...

I don't think so, I've already tried to wipe it, but nothing changed! I have this problem since first day... I thought they resolve it with an update, but after 4 months I'm still waiting
Hello. There is a solution to the problem with the proximity sensor. You go to the dialer enter *#808#, looking for "Device dubbing* and there are "proximity sensor test", tap and choose "infrared proximity calibration". You calibrate the sensor. it should help you. You can also calibrate other problem sensors. Try it with a brightness sensor too

I really wanna buy this phone but I wanna be sure of 2 things before I do.
Does the AOD turn off with a flip / wallet cover in stock and/or custom ROM's and how bad is the proximity sensor issue during calls I keep reading about?
Prox.sensor lives his live during calls. Flip cover locking apps same. I got angry about it when bought poco f3
In India this device is sold as Mi 11x. I have been using this device for the last 2 months. AOD does not work during calls and does not switch off with flip covers. Proximity sensor is the real pain in the arse on this device. Flip cover provides a cosmetic solution only against accidental button press during calls. Most annoying situation is when u need to hang up the phone and the screen refuses to turn on so that u can press the hang up button.
