Hello all, can anyone help. The question is basically in the title. I blocked a contact whilst I was receiving messages. I've unblocked the contact to find I don't have the specific contact's SMS texts sent previously anymore. It's as if they've been deleted. Can't find them in any other directory.
Anyone help?

Hello,
I have a weird issue with the SMS app for my HTC one (M8) as well as my friend's phone!
when I receive a message, the name of the person who sent the message to me does not show up in the sms app, instead the number is shown (basically as if the sender's number is not saved in my address book). however, after about 15-20 minutes the name will be shown.
to note, both of us have our contacts saved in Google, so all the contact addresses are synced with google.
anyone else facing the same issue?
anyone knows a possible solution??
Thanks & regards,
Abdullah
Maybe go into app settings for mms and contacts and delete all data to reset to default. Reboot then resynch contacts.
Hey all -
Would love some help on this one - I've dug as far as I can with no luck.
Issue: Outlook Webmail has the ability to send text(SMS) notifications when emails are received containing certain parameters. I have these notifications setup to send me a text when I receive email from certain senders. After an OS update late last year, I stopped receiving the texts. Swapped back to my OnePlus2 to confirm it was just the OnePlus3, which is true.
After some troubleshooting (APN, Message Applications, etc) and setting the alert to send if an email is received from me, I've found that it will work most of the time if there is not a signature in the email, not just test emails I've sent myself, but everyone.
Would anyone using a Oneplus3 and Outlook be willing to test? Anyone have the same issue? Any ideas on a fix?
Much appreciated!
